What goes into our litters
Before sending a message simply asking me price I want you to consider some things that we as good ethical breeders go through and do to insure healthy beautiful pups and I also want you to consider the price of upkeep you will incure to keep the pup healthy and beautiful
Before we ever even breed we do months of research we have to find exactly what we want in a breeding pair
First off and foremost health and structure finding that breeder that does all the testing that we want to do ourselves on their parents then we look at each pup and how they are raised what is the temperament and do they show patience intelligence propper structure and also carry the colors we are hoping to produce this sounds easy but it's alot harder than it sounds after we find and pay big money for these perfect examples the work begins training testing grooming showing
And waiting if all test are passed and you are pleased it's time to pair at this time so far here is a list of what has gone in
3500 to 5500 for breeding dog. X 2
Pennhip 600 to 800. X. 2
Ofa eyes 65 x2
Ofa patellas 65 x2
Ofa heart 65 x2
Genetic testing 150 x2
Yearly shots and prevention 1000. X2. X2
( because you can't breed until almost 2 years )
Grooming 100 x2 every 6 weeks
Then you pair and you have to test s***m progesterone and count days and pair according to levels
After breeding you have to prepare nursery
Whelping box 600
Whelping kit
Scissors bulb syringe Whelping mats litterbox beds scales bottles supplements drying cloths toys puzzles treats for training special food and feeders 2500 to 3000
Vet appointment for ultrasound at 36 days 200
Xray at 55 days 200
Then you sit up no sleep for days waiting for pups to be born then you sleep beside them for about 3 weeks making sure no pups are squished or getting pushed off ni***es weighing pups daily to make sure all are thriving cleaning p*e and p**p constantly to keep their clean den instinct doing ENS litter training
Vet visit at birth wellness check dew claws removed tails docked 300
Vet visit at 2 weeks for deworm 100
Vet visit at 4 weeks for deworm 100
Vet visit at 6weeks shots wellness check f***l exam and deworm 300
2 more weeks of training and cleaning
Then trying to find the perfect homes hours of talking to people and advertising dealing with idiots on the daily just to have people say oh that's too much money well like my grandfather always said you get what you pay for if it's too much for you then you can't afford to care for them properly anyway don't waste my time it's precious and every second you waste of my time when you know you can't afford my babies is a second I'm not spending on them thank you rant over
