QUESTION OF THE DAY.
Does your veterinarian have their own “in-house” insurance plan?

The reason I’m asking is because I see so many posts about having to deal with astronomically large vet bills due to the fact that we only have one emergency vet in the city of Mobile. So our choice for emergency care is really a monopoly.

Fortunately, for those of you who have good credit, you could likely whip out a credit card and pay for your pets care in an emergency.
However, there are those of us who love animals, and want to have pets. Sometimes, the money isn’t just there for the taking when it comes to an emergency. With those of you who are building your credit, or have maxed out on your credit cards, or are short on cash , what do you do when your pet needs veterinary care?

Stay with me here, I’m going to talk about my dental care for a second, but it will tie in to what I am asking about today. I went to see my dentist about dental care, and I am not insured for dental care. I sat there wondering how in the world am I going to pay for a such an expensive treatment? My dentist suggested to me their in-house insurance coverage. I took a look at it, and bam, there was my answer. It was very inexpensive and it covered a lot of things. I now I have dental insurance through my dentist office. So, that led me to this question, does your vet offer an “in-house” insurance plan similar to my dentist? If anyone knows please leave a comment below. I’m sure a lot of pet owners who would be interested.

On a sidenote. For those of you, who have a good credit and want to get a credit card that is for veterinary pet care, you can apply to “Credit Care.” Not only does it cover you personally with medical care, it covers your immediate family members, it also covers care for your pets! My dentist suggested them to me. Now, me, my husband. & our pets are all covered under “Credit Care .”

URGENT: To my CAT LOVERS. ❤️

As some of you may already know that follow and like this page, my mother passed away. I thought I would never have to ask this of you all, but I am hoping I can rehome her two beautiful cats that she loved very much. I can’t take them because we run dog boarding through our home. We sometimes have dogs that are not cat friendly. We just can’t take them as much as we would totally do it. I’m only thinking about their safety.

We have:

 INDOOR ONLY HOME—we will thoroughly vet potential new servants… I mean owners. 😀❤️🐾

Casper-(M) (5 years} ( Neutered), Orange, long-hair tabby.

Noel-(F) (2year old) {Intact) domestic shorthair calico

We will provide money to the vet of your choice for her spay and getting them both up-to-date on their vaccinations. We will also give you a very nice electronic litter box, remaining litter, and food.
