I would like to issue a formal apology to our vendors and our customers. We truly did not know the venue didn’t have air until we got the on Friday at 1 pm. That is our mistake for not thoroughly vetting the building ourselves. The venue offered buckets of ice for anyone who needed it. If anyone had come to us and asked it would have been provided, but we were not able to provide fans for everyone. The venue turned on all the fans they had at their disposal.
As for being shut down on Sunday , that was not the case. The officer that was there was with his family looking around. We were still open until mid afternoon, when we decided to close due to impending bad weather.
We have also started issuing partial refund to anyone who has asked.
As for any other allegations I cannot speak on that right now,but will very soon. I’m trying to gather statements from eye witnesses and security footage if possible. If anyone has a video please send it to us.
In closing I know I made mistakes and bad choices, I am not the person I am being made out to be. I am going to do everything in my power to prove that to the community that I care so deeply about.
