A match made in heaven: Primal’s KIBBLE IN THE RAW and the Woof Pupsicle dog toy.

First of all - Kibble in the Raw is a freeze- dried RAW pet food with allll the benefits of raw, but it’s not frozen. Primal uses grass fed, cage free, hormone free MEAT proteins and organic fruits and veggies. You can absolutely feed it every day as regular food - just scoop and serve - but WE like to put it in the yellow food-grade silicone tray to FREEZE TREATS to put in the Woof Pupsicle! (Woof also makes treats to put in the Pupsicle)

You can put pretty much ANY healthy treat in the silicone tray and add Primal bone broth or Primal goat milk or even just water - then pop the tray in the freezer!
We like the idea of getting some healthy RAW FOOD in our dog’s diet. (Kibble in the Raw is perfect for this and it’s ON SALE all month!)
Mary and I have been having so much fun making these!
After they freeze, you unscrew the Woof Pupsicle and pop it in. This makes a tasty SAFE treat that will occupy your dog for a good 20 minutes!

If you’ve shopped at B&B Pet Stop over the last 19 years, chances are, you’ve met SUSIE!
This week we wave goodbye to a magnificent, smart, warm, FUNNY, scooter-riding, Buc-cees loving, and immensely knowledgeable member of our Krewe. After 19 wonderful years, Susie is retiring to explore the country with her husband and WalterTiggerTomcat-the-cat in a giant RV.
To say we will miss her doesn’t BEGIN to cover it!!
For years she was the only one (except for Bill) who was trained and could hold her own in EVERY department of the store. She is an extraordinary merchandiser and can fit palletloads of new products in an already stuffed store - and make it look GOOD!!
Her love and loyalty to the store will also be missed. Since she lives nearby, she’s the one who bundled up during the snowpocalypse and WALKED over to the store to check on everything and feed the animals. She was also first on the scene after many, many hurricanes.
The number of times Susie came in to a flooded store (this happens way more often than it should) and shop-vacced the mess can’t be counted. The number of new employees Susie has trained and mentored over the years is too many to count.
And the number of times she’s been a sounding board for all of us - for all kinds of things: wacky promotional ideas, wacky event ideas, the best way to phrase something, ideas for handling situations throughout the store - everything!
As I write this there’s a huge lump in my throat and a Susie-sized hole in our store…

Ooh-la-la! You amazingly generous September customers rounded up over $1500 for Mobile County Animal Shelter’s PALS program - which, among other things, provided HEARTWORM medications to over 168 dogs this year. That’s GOOD people doing GOOD work!!
Since we started we’ve raised over $360,000 for non-profits in the Mobile area.

B&B Pet Stop is a local, family-owned pet store in Mobile, Alabama. We’ve been keeping Gulf Coast pets happy and healthy since 1981. Come see our HUGE selection of freshwater fish, goldfish, cichlids, saltwater fish, corals, birds, reptiles, small animals and ALL THE SUPPLIES! Where are the dogs + cats? We encourage people to adopt – but we have a vast selection of dog + cat supplies, along with premium pet foods.
