The adoption fee is $90
All dogs have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have their rabies and other age-appropriate vaccines. They are also dewormed and flea-free.

TODAY is a good day to do a GIANT water change!!! RO water is on sale HALF PRICE today!!!
Our Reverse Osmosis water goes through QUITE a lot before we pump it into your jugs.
Start with tap water.
First it goes through a PARTICULATE FILTER to remove any solids.
Then it goes through a CARBON FILTER to remove dissolved solids – like chlorine.
Then we run it through a WATER SOFTENER FILTER to remove calcium and magnesium (we also do this because it helps prolong the life of our RO membrane which is VERY expensive).
After the water softener filter it goes through the REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE at high pressure to even FURTHER filter out impurities and if THAT isn’t enough, we then run it through a DEIONIZING CHAMBER with chemical resin to strip out anything that has the audacity to still be in the water!
We routinely test the end result with a TDS METER (total dissolved solids) and the result is always in the single digits (usually it’s ZERO)
For the saltwater - once we have this SUPER filtered water, we add CONTINUUM HALCYON REEF SALT, which is considered one of the top reef salts in the industry; specifically designed for reefs with extra trace elements. As Bill says, “this is PRO level reef salt”.
Today, Freshwater is 25 cents a gallon (Regular price is $.50/ gallon)
Saltwater is just 65 cents per gallon (Regular price is $1.29/ gallon)

DAMSELS are 40% off today!
Add a hardy, resilient, active, splash of color to your saltwater aquarium in the form of a DAMSEL.
Great for beginners, damsels can tolerate less-than-ideal water conditions better than some other fish so they’re often used as starter fish.
It’s really hard to resist the bright colors – and their active swimming brings a lot of energy to the tank.
Just keep in mind – damsels can be a little aggressive and territorial, so talk to us about what else you’ve got in your tank. With lots of hiding places throughout the tank, there are ways to make it work!

MEET THE KREWE!!
We’re celebrating TWENTY-TWO YEARS of JPK!!!
🎉 🥳 🎉
I’m sure you’re thinking we hired her right out of middle school and you wouldn’t be far off! 🤣 We’ve literally grown up with this dynamo and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

JP has worked in every department except Saltwater, and is currently the Office Manager and problem-solver extraordinaire!
Among LOTS of other things: she is our chief Bill-wrangler (we love you Bill!), our graphics queen, maintains the website, books our Aquarium Maintenance appointments, and can do a deep dive into our POS system to figure out anything weird! (Y’all have NO IDEA how vital these skills are - especially the Bill-wrangling part 🤣🤣🤣!!)
And on top of all that - she’s HILARIOUS and warm and wonderful with customers.
