TF Cocker LLC

TF Cocker is dedicated to investigating and aiding in the prosecution of animal related crimes.

The purpose and goal of TF Cocker is to provide law enforcement and animal welfare organizations with in-person training and a supplemental report and affidavit if requested for the purpose of obtaining a search warrant. This will be done using surveillance and observation techniques on known persons or facilities that are used for the purpose of Cockfighting, Dog fighting, and or Animal Cruelty.

TF Cocker will also provide in court testimony on all aspects of the planning and ex*****on of the surveillance, equipment used, lessons taught, and the observations of the team.

The Department of Homeland Security has put out a Market Survey from 2022. The survey spoke with first responders about use and the application of Night Vision Goggles (NVG's) and Surveillance was listed first by the focus group. The report as a whole is can be found here.

TF Cocker is a not-for-profit organization that fights animal crime. We do this by supporting law enforcement or animal services organizations that have limited resources. We provide a trained, experienced surveillance operator with years of law enforcement and military experience. We would encourage small agencies who have identified a problem within their respective jurisdictions but are stuck and trying to find a path forward to make any type of animal abuse case to contact us for assistance. Hard target surveillance can be challenging, but with the right equipment and techniques, it can be done safely. The photograph is of a working game farm. With leave of the trees the number of birds must be counted at night with a thermal imager. There are hundreds of these “farms” all over the southeast. Please help and support us if you can.
