Its heating up out there...be smart and avoid walking your dog during the heat of the day, avoid walking them on concrete or asphalt (if your dog is picking up his paws while standing, its due to his foot pads burning), keep outside time to a minimum and always provide plenty of shade and cool water.

Meet Cookie, our Dog of the Month for June at Top Notch Turlock! This delightful 3 year old Cavapoo changes the air in the room when he comes bouncing in! Cookie is a pampered prince whom we regularly groom, and struts his stuff when he comes out looking like a regal pup.

When the day’s adventure winds down, Cookie enjoys the company of his two best buddies, Chloe the Aussiedoodle and Cody the mini Goldendoodle. They are an inseparable trio! Its always a pleasure to have you with us, Cookie!

Bodhi is a 2-year-old Shepherd mix, and he’s going to be celebrating his 3rd Birthday with his “fur-ends” at Top Notch this month! Bodhi loves to splash in our pools and sunbathe with his buddies. His friends include Marty the Labrador, Rogue the Husky mix, and Winston the Boxer. He’s such a friendly and affectionate guy, and loves his treats too! You make a splash in our lives, Bodhi!

Lovely play and interaction between Nillo, the female Xoloitzcuintli with Biscuit, the male Frenchie. Nillo was quite the shy girl a few months ago, and her parents have worked really hard at giving her lots of opportunities to become more confident - not only at our place, but out in the world as well. And of course, Biscuit has just been the very best playmate for her....well done, all!
