💥ATTENTION 💥
All current and prospective Posh Paws Customers please read:
I have been avoiding making this post for quite some time, I try to be as understanding and accommodating to everybody as I possibly can the influx of no call / no shows over this last year has been the worst I’ve seen in all my years of grooming, I understand that life happens and circumstances change however when the same people are consistently doing it it becomes really hard to be understanding and forgiving. Most other grooming shops either keep a credit card on file and charge you 100% of the grooming fee and/or you will have to pre pay for your pets next appointment, I really do not want to have to implement these policies, a simple phone call to let me know 48-24 hours before so I can fill the appointment and all is forgiven. Not to mention when this happens your pet has to be pushed out another month for the next appointment and then the people are upset with me, but they are the ones who no called no showed 🤦🏼‍♀️. I don’t mean this post as an attack on anybody I just am hoping people will understand my frustration and point of view. I love my furry clients and there two legged owners but I am also trying to run a business and make everyone happy, this just causes unnecessary stress. I appreciate you all for understanding and I hope this post is the last step I have to takeregarding this issue. We love you all and hope everyone has a blessed day.

You were so special. Your disposition was one of a kind, and that excited sneeze you gave me every time you saw me always made me smile. Thank you for always loving me and for allowing me to always love you. You and your family were my reminders on rough days as to why I love my career.

Today was a sad day at Posh Paws. If you are a customer you have most likely met Mr. Mickey. We were lucky enough to be Mickeys special people (he was pickey about who he let in his circle) who he has spent 4 days a week with for the last 3+years. Today was Mickeys last day with us because him and his rock star momma are moving to Palm Springs to live their best life. We will miss this boy more than he will ever know. And his momma, she was everything we could have ever asked for in a customer, her appreciation for us never went unnoticed. Mickey we will be taking your momma up on her offer and Posh Paws will be visiting Palm Springs in the near future. We ❤️ you Mickey and you to Barbra!!!!

I’m making this post hoping it reaches as many people as possible so share please if you are able 😁
My AMAZING groomer holly and her 2 young boys lost everything due to a house fire caused by faulty electrical outlets. THANK GOD no one was hurt and the animals and them all made it out safe♥️. Unfortunately she lost everything.
After a long road of obstacles Holly is finally going to start a new chapter with her boys and she has done it all by herself 😊💗
I’m reaching out because I know spring cleaning 🧹 is just around the corner and are hoping everyone will keep Holly in mind when you are getting rid of any household items that may still have some use for them. She is really starting with the bare minimum so LITERALLY anything and everything will help. If you can share share share that would be helpful to 💗

Good morning Posh Paws family. We hope everyone has had a great start to their summer!

For the last TWO years Posh Paws has steadily booked out about 3-6 weeks in advance, it is crucial that we make this announcement because with the heat coming, our schedule will only get tighter. It has been Posh Paws policy for years, that if you are 30 minutes late to your appointment without any prior contact or approval your appointment slot will be filled. We have a waitlist a mile long, and it is unfair to other customers and our staff to allow pets to show up late and put our whole schedule behind. This policy will be strictly enforced in order to provide the best service possible to our customers and our fur clients.

Since January 1st, 2022 we have set appointment drop off times, this allows us to be able to work for periods of time with minimal interruptions. The only exceptions to these specific times are to our weekly/biweekly customers or consistent rebooking. We HIGHLY recommend booking your pets next appointment before leaving our salon, this is the only way we and you can ensure your pet will be able to get in when needed. We offer per-booking appointments up to 4 months in advance.

Also we are keeping track of no call/ no shows, and under 24 hour cancellations. We do understand that life happens and we do try our hardest to accommodate to situations however when it comes habitual and repetitive it doesn’t give us many options.

Here at Posh Paws we love what we do, and we adore the personal relationships that we have gained with our fur clients and customers over the years and in order for us to maintain And keep it this way these are the policies that have been put into play. We appreciate you all and hope that everyone can understand that this is all necessary. Thank you everyone for taking the time to read this and to understand.
