Happy Tails Farm is a delightful place where people of all ages can interact with friendly animals up close. We feature a variety of miniature sized animals.

Visitors get an opportunity to pet, feed, and hold them. We feature a variety of domesticated miniature sized animals such as goats, chickens, rabbits, pigs, and even a Highland cow (soon to join the family). Visitors have the opportunity to pet, feed, and hold these animals under the supervision of trained staff. Reservations are required (no drop-ins please). We have a 11x13ft covered picnic pav

ilion for shade and shelter from our unpredictable Colorado weather, a handwashing station, and portable bathrooms for your convenience. We specialize in private children's birthday parties! Have an animal-loving child that would love to snuggle some friendly adorable pets? This is the opportunity to create unforgettable memories and share their special day on the farm. We provide plates & silverware. You bring the snacks & kid-friendly beverages.

Happy Tails Farm is not only entertaining but also educational. We provide a hands-on learning experience about different animals and their behaviors, habitats, and care needs. We offer educational programs or guided tours to enhance visitors' understanding of farm life and animal welfare. Overall, a visit to Happy Tails Farm can be a fun and enriching experience for families, school groups, or anyone looking to connect with nature and animals in a safe and interactive environment. It's a great way to unwind, learn something new, and create lasting memories surrounded by adorable furry friends. Happy Tails Farm was created because a single mom wanted to give her daughter the most magical childhood memories -- getting to grow up with all the animal friends she loves. Another big update from Happy Tails Farm! We are adding mobile services to our options. We have had quite a few requests to bring animals to summer camps or special occasions; so we worked out the logistics to be able to bring our little furry friends to you. All the info is updated and added to our website. If you have any questions or would love to book a visit for your event, please shoot me a message.

Just to clarify after a question that was asked today….
Happy Tails Farm is open 6 days per week for private family or group visits or field trips. Parent & Me Play Time is the only regular structured class every week on Tuesdays at 10am. Everyone is welcome to visit anytime during the week except Sunday (our day off).

He’s here!!! 💙 One of our handsome boys arrived today and we absolutely love him. Ginger is a mini Craven Longhorn steer. He loves pickles, pets, and long walks down the driveway. 🥰

Happy Tails Farm had our first field trip today! 14 kiddos gave all the animals lots of loving pets, snuggles, and snacks. 🫶🏼 Picnic lunch and play time to get all their energy out before the bus ride home! Who could ask for a better time?! Thanks again for visiting!!

Reminder to those coming to Parent and Me play time Tuesday at 10am….please use Mapquest to get here. It is the only GPS that takes you to our correct location. The farm is tucked in the hills so you won’t see it until you’re coming up the driveway. You know you’re at the right place when you see our Happy Tails Farm sign at the front gate. 🤠Have a fabulous Monday!!

As most of you are experiencing…..we woke up to a spring time winter wonderland 😑 Unfortunately due to all the mud, we are going to have to reschedule all of Saturday’s visits (5/11/24). The animals are enjoying a lazy day warm in their homes 🥰 Cannot wait to see everyone when the weather clears up!!

Yesterday was our big grand opening ❤️ Huge thank you to the Rusty Lungs Band for playing and getting us all dancing! Also big thank you to Taqueria El Zarape for whipping up some amazing tacos! We started out the celebration with beautiful sunshine and ended with a good old Colorado spring snowstorm, but that didn’t slow us down 🤠

The Happy Tails Farm family keeps growing! ❤️ We welcomed Sammy, a 3 month old Anatolian Shepherd Rottweiler mix pup, and Hammy, a 6 month old “mini” piggie. No I did not mean to rhyme their names haha 😆 They came that way but it’s perfect.

More big exciting news!! Happy Tails Farm is getting another new family member. Our mini cow, named Duke, will arrive late August!! He’s the little brown guy in the video. He’s spending a little more time with his momma and going through training at their ranch but we are already in love with him ❤️

Big announcement!!…..

With all the travels lately & hard work with planning and physical labor to get the business ready, I am finally ready to announce our soon-to-be business.

Happy Tails Farm LLC will officially be ready for business May 2024 (weather depending…you know how Colorado can be 🙄). I was inspired by my Maui friend to offer a service to our community that allows families to enjoy the outdoors in a safe, fun environment. This first year we will operate as reservations only to get a feel for people’s interest and adjust the schedule of availability.

Happy Tails Farm will specialize in children’s birthday parties, parent & me play time, and educational events for families and children. We will have all miniature sized animals for people to snuggle, feed, groom, and learn about. Madison is stoked because our first group of animals arrived over the weekend!!

We welcomed 2 Nigerian Dwarf goats, Kai & Kao. They are 5 & 7 weeks old so still bottle feeding but already love to be snuggled. We also have 10 baby chicks who get daily snuggles from Madison to get them ready for visitors. Our 2 bunnies should arrive in a week!🐰 🐥 🐐 We will eventually have a miniature Highland cow here but we haven’t found the right one yet (let us know if you know someone 😉). Other animals soon to arrive include kittens and possibly a little piggie.

Our website and social media are now live so spread the word and give us a “like”! We are super excited to welcome people to the ranch!
