Happy Veterans Day to all active and retired military. Thank you for the sacrifices you made for your country.

Saturday we had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing event put on by the Kent American Legion. They partnered with the Portage Animal Protective League to raise funds and donations to connect military and first responders with companion/support animals. This was their second year putting on the Hero’s Ruck. After the first year the Portage APL was able to donate 44 animals because of the event.

Finally announcing our Raffle winners from the Dog Days of Summer. Kerilyn and Elizabeth congratulations!

Kerilyn and her dogs, Noki and Grizz, won the gift basket that raised $72 for the Portage Animal Protective League.

Elizabeth is our winner for the FREE Underground Fence. We're excited to work with her and the family to get their puppy, Dutch, his new fence.
