First time in the new wash stalls! So excited for our South Barn renovation. 4 cross ties and two indoor wash stalls. All fully matted. 9 oversize horse stalls (12x16) w stall mattresses and runs.

And we’re ready for the Noble runs to arrive!Gutters on, deep no-mud rock work done topped with hoof-friendly 1/4minus. The topper for the stall mattresses is what’s visible in each stall door. Those will finish installation over the next few days as well.

Today and last August - saving the old barn hasn’t been for the faint of heart. New roof, walls and electrical are complete. Work on the runs starts this week along with finishing the stalls

Schooling is underway for tomorrow's USHJA Outreach show. Three Smashed Crabs will be cooking up smash burgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs for lunch. Muffins and bagels for breakfast (plus donuts thanks to Oregon Hunter Jumper Association! First class starts at 9am. See you here!

Planning on attending our Feb 17th show or any other Outreach shows this year? Join the USHJA for FREE Outreach membership to keep track of points for the rider and trainer. Points can qualify you for year-end awards and/or the 2024 National Championship in Las Vegas. Horses are not required to be registered with USHJA or microchipped to compete in Outreach classes (if you do want your horse to be eligible for their own awards, it is $20 membership fee).

The USHJA Outreach Program has been established to engage and connect Hunter and Jumper riders, trainers and horse owners with the USHJA by providing the opportunity to participate in USHJA branded classes and competitions, to earn points toward year-end rewards and awards, and to earn the chance to...

Beautiful morning on the farm. Restoration of the south barn continues. It will give us ten more stalls - 12 x 16 with thurogood mattresses in each.
