Our very dear friend, Pastor and Pastor Emeritus for almost fifty years, Rev. Paul H. Welch, has passed away. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Leaning Post Ranch and/or The Tupelo Children’s Home. We have been asked how to donate to the Ranch. You can go to the Ranch web page, “theleaningpostranch.org”, click on “Donate” on the right hand side column of the Home Page, and under the paragraph titled Financial Contributions, click on “egivings”. Also, you can make checks payable to “The Leaning Post Ranch” and mail to: The Leaning Post Ranch, 4150 Cedar Springs Road, Molino, Florida, 32577. The Ranch is a registered 501-c-3 charity, so all donations are tax deductible.

We are not doing Christmas in the Country this year. As much as we enjoyed doing it, our Board of Directors voted not to do it this year. It was meant to be a fund raiser for the Ranch, but we never made any money and it was a LOT of work. We’ll miss doing it.

What an outstanding afternoon. Today after Ryan's lesson, he helped another child with THEIR lesson. He actually was a sidewalker and held the leadline. This is a pretty BIG deal!
It seems like a lifetime ago when he was a beginning rider and needed this level of assistance!
