A Quaker was found in Goose Creek and brought to us for care. We’d really like to reunite this cutie with his family.
If you’re missing a Quaker, please contact us. Either Inbox message us, or call during our open days/hours: Thursday and Saturday, 12p-5p. Please help spread this word to all the sites where people are looking for their lost beloved bird.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

It's time to start your Backyard Treasures shopping list! As promised, our Holiday Clearance Sales are starting. Each Saturday between now and the end of 2024 will be a Clearance Event. We'll start this Saturday with our Used Cage and Toy Blowout Events, and keep adding different items to the events each week until everything that must go, goes!! You'll have to come frequently to see what additional items have been added each week, and find the favorites your family has been waiting for.

Hi everyone!

A bird has been spotted in Goose Creek. He’s been seen several times, but is elusive to being caught. The folks trying to capture it believe it to be a Mitred Conure, green body with red head and red on the sides.
If you own this bird, or know of someone who has recently lost a bird that fits this description, please respond to this post. The bird is more apt to go to the owner than a stranger, so we may have better luck getting it back.

Hi Guys!

We have a 3 mos. old special needs Parakeet. One of his legs/foot isn’t quite able to grip—but that doesn’t stop him from climbing, perching, and flying. He’s a little shy, but he’s not old enough to realize his surroundings quite yet.
We are looking for the Right home for him/her…someone who has experience with birds and can understand his special needs.

BYT Family,

We are changing things up. Starting September 1st, we will be starting our renovation assessment. While this is going on, we will be significantly shortening our hours, to just two days a week--Thursday and Saturday, from12:00p to 5:00p.

We will be running inventory reduction events during the renovation. Cages--both Used and New, and lots of toys. We want to clear out as much as possible, due to all the dust and debris we may incur.

Stand by for announcements for our events, and plan your trips here to fall on a Thursday or Saturday!

Hello!

Good news!! Due to an abundant Spring breeding season, we have a lot of babies that we'd like to get good homes before too long.
All birds will be reduced in price until Labor Day. Come in and see what we have!
From Indian Ringnecks to Green-Cheeked Conures, Sun Conures, Dusky Conures, Quakers, and Cockatiels, you will find the bird meant for you and your family.
Stay tuned for a used cage sale (and some new cages) as we do every Fall season.
