Important chick information:
1. Shipments are by the order and generally arrive on the Thursday of the week you chose for delivery.
2. All chicks are sexed by the hatchery with an 95% accuracy guarantee with the exception of bantams, guineas, turkeys & ducks.
3. We guarantee that your birds will arrive alive and healthy! If there are any losses, they must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order to receive either a re-shipment of the same birds as a replacement (when available) or a refund for the birds lost.
4. Minimum chick order is 12, 4 chicks per breed.
5. We cannot accept the return of any poultry due to biosecurity.
