It’s fall harvest time (and the little one wanted to help). The goldenrod wasn’t overwhelming this fall, so the honey turned out nice and rich (versus the bright yellow from last fall). Bottling starts tonight!

Our chickens have been busy tilling up the garden beds, foraging through the grass, and receiving lots of love. Happy chickens give the best eggs! $5 for 1 dozen chicken eggs; $8 for 1.5 dozen quail eggs.
