Thank you all for your generosity! We received funds to cover all of Molly’s care and surgery. She’s doing great and will be heading back to CCHS for her adoption!

We hope to get updates from CCHS regarding her adoption.

ATTENTION FELINE FRENZY PARTICIPANTS!
Don't forget the Feline Frenzy is tomorrow, drop off between 8am-9am EST. We know we might be getting a little snow tonight, but Caroline is here to tell you to put your Carhartt's on and drive slow! We live in Indiana, you can make it. 😊

Update: In less than 5 days we have reached our goal to help pay for Molly's care. We cannot thank our community enough! Without you, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. With that, all of the extra proceeds will be donated to the CCHS - Cass County Humane Society. Molly is doing so much better! She is feeling a lot better and her personality is shining through! We currently have people interested in adopting her, and we will update you when that happens. Again, THANK YOU!!!!

‼️Molly is in URGENT need of your help!!!‼️
Molly, a sweet Golden Retriever, came to WCAWC from the Cass County Humane Society when she was suspected to be in labor. Sadly, we discovered she was actually suffering from a severe pyometra infection, requiring urgent lifesaving surgery. She is now recovering with us, but her fight isn’t over.

This morning we learned she needs a blood transfusion due to the severity of her infection and how long she was sick. Molly is also Lyme disease positive.

We are working hard to give Molly every chance and we need your help to do it. We are trying to raise $1,100 to cover her surgery, medications, hospitalization, and ongoing care.

Any extra funds raised will be donated back to the CCHS - Cass County Humane Society to help the next dog in need.

We’ll keep everyone updated as Molly continues her journey with us.

Meet Baker 🧑‍🍳
Baker is a 10 month old Heeler looking for his forever home!
So far Baker is a perfect gentleman! He knows sit and is potty trained. Baker would do best in a home with no cats. We believe he would do well with another dog, but a meet and greet would be required. If you are interested in giving Baker a forever home please give us a call at 219-255-9286.
