Our prayer has always been to make our programs open to any child or teen who God sends, regardless of financial resources. Since our opening in 2020, we have been committed to this mission by keeping our baseline rates as low as possible and by offering free of charge programs and sliding scales to children and teens who are struggling and need the precious bond with the animals and the community that Glory Hill Farm offers. The ONLY way we are able to continue to do this is through the generosity of our volunteers and donors that bridge the financial gap.

With the move to our new facility, we have been able to complete many projects including 70% of our new riding arena build, new gravel driveways for access to the barn, a new gravel pad in the front of the barn to manage mud, new fencing, filling in natural drainage trenches with stone to keep our horses from getting injured, installing a new playset and sitting area for parents and siblings, removing old debris and dirt and hauling them away and much more. As we reach the finish line to making the property ready for our programs in fall, we have a few additional large upfront costs to get the property ready.

The completion of the riding arena: Final grading, installation of the footing material, a stone edge to prevent washouts, and a drainage swell to carry rain water to the woods. $20,000

The acquisition of a used 4 wheeler and implements needed to manage the property (Implements include: An arena grooming implement to maintain an even riding surface for safety and a manure spreader to clean stalls and disperse the manure throughout the property to fertilize and maintain pasture). $10,000

Would you consider contributing any amount to this cause? Even a few dollars gets us closer to our goal and would be a tremendous blessing, providing us the opportunity to serve our community and share the good news of Christ with the next generation.

We use a platform designed for non-profits that charges no fees. Every single dollar given will go directly to the tractor fund. All donations are tax-deductible.

Glory Hill Farm is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non profit. Our tax ID number is #85-3287880. If you have any questions or would like a copy of our designation letter, please email: [email protected].

Spela, one of our group leaders, recently started a small sourdough business! It is called “Kingdom Rise”. She is passionate about sharing her love for traditional healthy foods with others and will be offering her bread to families in our community! If your child attends a program with Spela you will now be able to order bread and pick it up when you are at the farm 👏🏻! Tomorrow at camp will be her first day offering this delicious bread! Trust me when I say her bread is AMAZING and you will also be supporting the most generous, selfless and Godly woman! Please see the menu below for details 🥖!

We just wrapped up teen club for the summer on Friday afternoon. Reflecting back on such a wonderful year with some of the sweetest, most amazing girls (many not pictured here).
This year the girls helped the little ones explore and learn at the farm every other week. One of my favorite things to see was how each teen brought something unique to the table for the young children. For one teen it was a passion for exploring the woods and faciliting the discovery of crawdads, tadpoles, salamanders, frogs and toads. For another, it was sharing the joy of cleaning the animal pens and the satisfaction you get serving and caring for the animals and so on and so forth! They each used the gifts God gave them to serve others and it was so, so nice to see and be a part of.
We will miss these girls so much over the summer and can’t wait to start back up in September ❤️!

This may not look like much in just one photo but when I say these amazing kids created every element of this garden I am not exaggerating!

First, they constructed a three phase composting system from pallets. They filled the bays with horse manure and wood chips and transferred the compost from bin to bin weekly to help decomposition. This became their soil!

Next, they made mini green houses using milk bottles and planted their seeds “cold starting” their veggie of choice.

Lastly, they collected logs to frame a garden bed, put boxes and newspaper down, loaded the bed with their soil, and transplanted their plants!

Their passion and work ethic was amazing every step of the way. Kids are capable of so much ❤️

If you’ve been to the farm, you probably know, “Miss Sarah”. She is the loving leader of teen group and Nature Explorers. Recently, her 19 yr old daughter, Avian, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I’m reaching out to request prayer from this community of families that they both love so dearly as well to share the link to a fundraiser that explains the unfolding of events that have led to this shocking news. They are both leaning completely on Jesus and are confident He will carry them through this trial ❤️.

Sarah will not be returning to the farm for the remainder of the spring season because she will be caring for her daughter around the clock. Spela will take over in her place to close out our season. Thanks for being understanding as we have had many unexpected events this year.

Avian had been struggling with a mild cough that came on and off starting in September. They thoug...

Glory Hill Farm Fall homeschool programs are now open for registration!

Homeschool groups meet every other Friday from 10am-12pm!

Farm Club ages 7-12:

Farm Club is a group discipleship ministry program for children. Activities include gardening, horse care, goat care, chicken care, field games, crafts and more! Children explore the farm and learn about and array of plants and animals. This program offers countless opportunities for organic teaching moments about God while simultaneously providing engagement, socialization, hands on learning, and of course, fun!!

Nature Explorers ages 4-6:

Immerse your young ones in outdoor adventure at the farm! We encourage children to notice the Creator as we discover plants and animals, build primitive shelters, and create satisfying art. They will learn teamwork and gain skills for farm, survival and homesteading. These sessions give plenty of time for creative outdoor play and discovery.

We are so excited to be going into our 4th year of these programs and we hope you can join us :)!

I’m so thankful that Belfair (the farm we operate out of) allows our rogue goat Rootie to roam freely around the horse pastures! He roams from field to field scouting out the best round bale to eat and sleep in! It’s a miracle all the horses put up with his antics. When we first moved here he visited the goats on occasion but he hasn’t done that in about a year 😂.
