The Greater Monroe Kennel Club (GMKC) is an All-Breed Kennel Club located in Monroe, North Carolina. Come and join us in all the fun.

We are an active club with monthly member meetings and three shows a year!

Just a few more details on the up coming FastCat at Cabarrus Arena in Concord on March 29-31- Friday-Sunday.
It will be best if you enter the arena off Old Airport Road. You can come directly into the FastCat field. If you enter thru the mail gate, you will need to turn left between the Event Center and Gold Hall then turn left onto the FastCat field.

Your run time will be what you signed up for when you entered on your JOTFORM.
We will be taking Day of Entries and entries for Fun Runs- But, remember that pre-paid entered dogs will run before Day of Entires and Fun Runs.

It looks like the weather is going to be beautiful so come on out and have some fun with us!

If you did not receive a confirmation email when you pre-entered, please bring proof of payment with you to the check in station. We will have a separate tent for soundness checks so no need to bring your dog with you to the check-in. 🐾 See you soon!

What a milestone day for our breeding program and Milo, today at Canine Capers dog Academy school.
Milo is only an 8 months old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from our breeding program. His parents are extraordinary, ( CGC sire OFA CHIC # and Therapy work dame OFA CHIC #) but Milo wants to do more in his life and passed his introductory test to enroll into a very exciting program, Paws for Hope, a service dog program exclusive to very special candidates that are going to make a difference in a veteran life.
Milo is an amazing puppy with an incredible amount of potential, selected among many other ones.
Tons of training ahead of us in partnership with Donna Rogers, one of the most influential dog trainers in North Carolina.
Stay tuned as we will venture into this amazing journey with Milo.

Update:

I hate to disappoint everyone but we are not able to have the FastCat event in November at Cabarrus Arena in Concord. We cannot have this event because there are two other events within the mileage radius of Concord.

Thank you so much to all the competitors for bringing your dogs out to trial with us! We have had a lot of positive feedback about our improved footing which we will continue to work on for our Nov trial. We also added Agility Gate to help things go as smoothly as possible which worked great. We can’t wait to see everyone again in the fall!
