Salad is on the lunch menu today Nolan's Pop Up Bistro downtown Monroe! Sitting on top of our lettuce mix: Strawberries, snap peas, radishes, asparagus, with bacon and shrimp in a lemon vinaigrette.

It’s reset day! Rotating a weekly harvest in one of our greenhouses. In 21 days, we go from transferring babies into empty rafts (1st pic) to harvesting beautiful full head romaines (2nd pic) for The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana, local restaurants, local grocers and Ouachita, West Carroll and Caldwell Parish Schools. ✌🏻❤️🥬
