I am excited to announce that Dr. Leslie Karkheck of Dundee Veterinary Clinic will be taking over The Cat Doctor!

I was completely surprised when Dr. Karkheck approached me with interest to purchase the practice shortly after making the announcement of our closure. I know in my heart that God has led me down this path and intervened to help continue providing care for all of our wonderful clients and kitties.

Dr. Karkheck and her associate, Dr. Marian Schenk will share the duties here. They have reinvigorated Dundee Veterinary Clinic and I know they will be an asset to our community. I will be be working with Dr. Karkheck and Dr. Schenk over the next few months to help with this transition.

We are now scheduling Fall appointments and surgeries. Please call or email if you would like to set up an appointment.

It has been my honor to provide the best care for cats in our community. As for me, I will continue my path to provide in-home euthanasia for all pets and relief services in the area.

Missing since Monday @ 4:00 pm. If you live in the area PLEASE check under your decks, bushes , down in window wells, in ditches , backyard, open garages & sheds , etc.
She may be stuck and not know how to get out being she’s almost 100% blind.

Their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulphide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white "pure" look and remove the rancid smell.
Now comes the pretty festive colours and the glue to form cute shapes.

They regularly cause intestinal blockages and choking. The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog.
