๐Ÿพ URGENT FOSTER NEED! Experienced Dog Lovers, We Need Your Help! ๐Ÿพ Ozzy is with Good World Animal Rescue and Protection - GWARP

We have a wonderful dog Ozzy who urgently needs a loving home with an experienced foster family. We know the perfect match is out there!

Ozzy is just 14 months old and has been through the ringer. He weighs 44 lbs, is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. We pulled Ozzy from the city shelter where he was on the euthanasia list as he was scared and restless in the shelter. His previous family surrendered him to the city shelter when they were being evicted from their home.

Ozzy just needs someone to give him time and patience to decompress, and to teach him some puppy manners. He LOVES to walk (and would also be a great jogging buddy) and would do great in a home with a yard where he can run around and let out some of his puppy energy. He has an amazing smile and can be very snuggly and cuddly once he knows you.

This deserving dog is looking for a calm, patient and understanding environment where he can decompress, feel safe and learn to trust and know what it feels like to live in a home. Ozzyโ€™s foster family will:

*Have some experience with dogs and understands their basic needs and communication.
*Is patient and willing to give him the time and space they need to adjust.
*Can offer a calm and supportive home.

We will provide absolutely everything โ€“ food, bed, toys, leash, collar, etc. Your role will be to provide a stable, loving environment and your experience with dogs. All of our dogs are posted on Petfinder for adoption โ€“ you will be helping Ozzy to be his best self and ready himself for adoption and his forever family.

If you have some dog experience and a compassionate heart, please consider opening your home to sweet Ozzy in urgent need. Fostering saves lives, and you can make a huge difference!

Please reach out to us at [email protected] or text 347-556-1843 Thank you for caring! Please share this post widely โ€“ you never know who might be the right fit. โค๏ธ ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

Cleo is a very sweet girl in need of a home for the holidays!

Cleo was rescued as a tiny puppy and adopted from our organization when she was three months old. Her people had a human baby and Cleo was returned to our shelter. Cleo is a dignified soul who would prefer to have a quieter home without small kids. Older kids would be fine. She has lived with other dogs but a meet and greet is always required. NO cats for Cleo!

Cleo is 7 years old and weighs 65 lbs. She is spayed; vaccinated for rabies, distemper, and bordetella; tested negative for heartworm; and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. She is also microchipped with a lifetime registration. Cleoโ€™s previous owners did not keep up with flea/tick prevention, and sadly Cleo has successfully been treated for Lyme disease.

To meet Cleo, please complete an application at www.HalfwayHomeRescue.org

Travis and his housemates came to our shelter after being rescued from a hoarding situation. They were all infested with fleas and ear mites when rescued and very underweight. After some time spent in foster care, Travis and his housemates are ready for adoption.

Travis is about 3-4 years old. He is a gentle, shy boy. He has lived with cats and would be best suited for a home with adults or kids 12+. Travis needs a home where he will have at least one feline companion.

Travis is neutered, vaccinated, tested FeLV/FIV negative, and is microchipped. He is current on flea/tick prevention.

To meet him, please visit our website www.HalfwayHomeRescue.org and submit an adoption application.
