Have you been wondering exactly how to microchip your dog or cat to ensure their safety?

At Our Monroe Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, microchipping can be done during your pet’s appointment. Registration is completed online, and there are no additional fees. The microchip, if scanned, will provide the scanner with the personal information you provide at the time of registration, so your furry family member can get home to you quickly.

Note: It is not a GPS system and will not locate a missing pet, it simply provides contact information to help when they are found outside of your care!

Our Story

It is our policy to provide humane care and treatment for animals needing protection in Union County and to seek suitable homes for animals without guardians. The Humane Society of Union County is a 501c3 Rescue group run by VOLUNTEERS. We have a foster program for animals that are up for adoption, we have community outreach and education programs and we run the Monroe Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. We rely on tax deductible donations from people like you to operate. We are NOT the county run Animal Control/Shelter. Please help us help animals in need by liking and sharing our posts. The more people that see these beautiful pets, the better for them! This page is for the sole purpose of helping the animals.
