We have a few openings left for boarding! Red Dragon Farm in Monroe, WA.
All disciplines are welcome, and different boarding options are available. All options are full care and include feeding twice daily, cleaning, turning out as needed, and multiple checks. Hay is included and we will feed owner-provided supplements and grain, or you can use the add-on option to feed barn-provided grain.
We offer pasture board in large grass fields with shelters, perfect for the semi- or fully-retired and young horses. Group turnout/living is also allowed.
Other options include well-draining runs with sheds - great for rehabbing horses - with the option for turnout as available. There are also a limited number of well-bedded stalls with turnout options.
Amenities include: Sand arena with good footing and lights; Large grass arena with jumps; Large treed meadow for hacking, obstacle, or cross country training; Paths around the pastures allowing for hacking. And construction of a bridle path around the property is underway. There are large grooming bays and a wash rack, as well as plenty of storage.
Easy access for trailers, and trailer storage parking is also available. Located just outside of downtown Monroe, it's an easy drive to the Monroe Fairgrounds, Lord Hill Equestrian Park, and Mann Road trails.
No need to be part of a training program but instruction is available if desired from a former upper-level eventer. Opportunities to bring your own trainer as well.
We also allow haul-ins and schooling in our arenas- a great opportunity to ride and train on different terrain.
The property is cross fenced and well monitored with surveillance. Owner is on-site, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff create a pleasant family environment for you and your horse. We strive to create a natural and community setting for all our equine residents.
