We hope you all had a happy new year! Let’s welcome Potato, Manpx, and Matilda who are kicking off the new year with resolutions to be the best fur-sions of themselves!

Potato—a young Douge de Bordeaux here learning confidence and leash manners!

Max—Golden Retriever puppy who will be a frequent flyer here! He is doing a raise and train program! In this program, Max will do an on and off leash board and train at appropriate ages and do intermittent boarding with training refreshers to make sure everything is really sinking in along with getting extra socialization experiences!

Matilda—a young mix who is here to help build some confidence, create a reliable and fair communication system, and work on some obedience!

Coffee Creamer and Dog Training

I had an interesting morning making coffee creamer! Just thought I would share how I related my experience to dog training 🐾🤔🤗🐾

Yesterday morning I decided to make homemade coffee creamer, something that I do on a fairly regular basis. I got my ingredients together, creamer, milk, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice (IYKYK!). I mixed it all together in my mason jar, then proudly poured it into my coffee expecting it to be the deli...

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that it is looking like we are booked out for board and train programs until late September into early October!

However...new this summer is the availability of some private lesson programs! If you've been wanting to work with us, but board & train wasn't the best fit for you or your dog, this may be the solution!

Private lesson programs:
This program will require a dedicated and passionate owner! To see the best success you will need to work your dog at home throughout the week in addition to attending your weekly lesson.

Everyone say hello to Chase and Nala!

You may remember Chase attending training last year in March as a puppy! He is back this year to continue building some confidence and to upgrade his toolbox to now include tactile stimulation with an ecollar for extra clarity!

Nala is here to brush up on her obedience skills!

Both Chase and Nala are doing amazing! So happy to have them here and so excited to see how they have been progressing in their training 🥳🫶🏻🐾

Look at these champs holding a sit even though they really want to be playing! North and Nova very much enjoyed their time together today!
While we don’t promote dog parks or doggy daycare, it is nice when we have puppies around the same age and size for some puppy social time 🐾🐶🐶🐾

It is extremely important to continue working your engagement while allowing your dog to play with other dogs so that your dog does not begin to place more value on the other dog than they are placing on you! Today’s lesson included working on their terminal marker/recall during play and also working on some sits together!
