If you plan on heading out to the barn, please drive slow and use caution when turning onto Yeager Rd from Woods Creek Rd. It is extremely icy and slick, especially when you are 1/2mi from our entrance.

If you are uncomfortable driving in this weather, please stay home. Our road doesn’t always thaw out and usually has black ice.

Update:
The car has been abandoned after a brief chase by Sheriffs. The suspect is still outstanding, so we ask that you keep your eyes out for him.

DO NOT approach as suspect may be armed.

We are not the only equestrian property that has been hit or attempted to. So let’s all do our part by sticking together through communication and sharing info with others.

On 12/6/24 in the late afternoon/evening we had multiple smash and grabs to cars in our parking lot. (Never EVER leave your purse, Wallet or anything of value in your car) Snohomish County Sheriff’s are working on capturing the suspect and we are asking our fellow community to keep an eye out.

The suspect drives a newer white Audi sedan. The same vehicle/suspect has hit other boarding facilities as well as wedding venues recently. Photos of the suspect and vehicle are included in this post.

We have heard reports of a gray sedan prowling through different barns. We ask that you lock your car and hide any valuables you may bring along to the barn.
