We have availability at Rosecrest!

Amenities offered include:
- 180x80 covered indoor with LED lighting
- 120x240 outdoor arena
- 2 covered roundpens
- covered hot-walker
- large lockers
- hot/cold wash racks
- 100 acres of pasture
- stalls with runs
- trailer parking

We offer full care stable boarding, pasture boarding, and retirement boarding. Along with all the amenities, Rosecrest has a great group of clients. Their horses can be turned out on grass pastures or dry lots.
Three horse owners live on premises and do daily evening checks on all horses.

Stabled horses receive three feedings daily with a choice of timothy or alfalfa.

We have many options for pasture boarding, so please reach out to find out more information.

If you plan on heading out to the barn, please drive slow and use caution when turning onto Yeager Rd from Woods Creek Rd. It is extremely icy and slick, especially when you are 1/2mi from our entrance.

If you are uncomfortable driving in this weather, please stay home. Our road doesn’t always thaw out and usually has black ice.

Update:
The car has been abandoned after a brief chase by Sheriffs. The suspect is still outstanding, so we ask that you keep your eyes out for him.

DO NOT approach as suspect may be armed.

We are not the only equestrian property that has been hit or attempted to. So let’s all do our part by sticking together through communication and sharing info with others.

On 12/6/24 in the late afternoon/evening we had multiple smash and grabs to cars in our parking lot. (Never EVER leave your purse, Wallet or anything of value in your car) Snohomish County Sheriff’s are working on capturing the suspect and we are asking our fellow community to keep an eye out.

The suspect drives a newer white Audi sedan. The same vehicle/suspect has hit other boarding facilities as well as wedding venues recently. Photos of the suspect and vehicle are included in this post.

“I am looking for an uncomplicated lease horse-2 to 3 times per week. My student would take 1 lesson per week 2 training rides on her own. She is an intermediate rider but is working through some fear issues.”

We have heard reports of a gray sedan prowling through different barns. We ask that you lock your car and hide any valuables you may bring along to the barn.
