Twinning over here! Which one is our Reiki girl?! We love when Keisel comes to play. He’s amazing with our toddler and gets Reiki up and moving. Each dog we board is special in their own way and we work hard to help each feel at home. Sometimes so much so they don’t want to go home! That’s what we call success! 😊

We are grateful to end 2023 in a warm home, full of love, joy and dog hair! We are so thankful for the relationships we’ve created and for all of our new furry friends and their people that we’ve cared for during our first year in Maryland. Happy 2024! Boarding dog Diesel giving me the side eye while getting cozy in our bed. When you’re dogs stay with us, they get so comfortable, there are no guarantees they won’t pick up a few habits that make them super happy (maybe not you) like sleeping in the bed.

This distracting, food eating toddler, provides the best training environment for our board and train guest by eating next to her while she is learning to to leave the food alone. Coming from a home with multiple littles, their height provided the perfect opportunity to take food from their hands.

Board and train guests stay in our home with us, receiving constant guidance in appropriate ways to behave. Our training environments are plentiful.

As a part of our board and train program, once our guests return home, we provide training in transitioning back to their environment and include ongoing training support. We are a small, locally owned business, and are invested in your success with your pet.

Four year old Labrador Liam came to us for a board and train after his owner was pulled too many times while walking him. The timing was perfect as she also needed him boarded for several weeks while she was out of town.

We focused on off and on leash obedience, recall, environmental socialization and kennel training.

Liam is proof that your dog is never to old to train.

Great work guys! It was such a privilege to train this team and the Santa Rosa PD canines. Making me proud! Wish we were closer!

Traffic stop leads to arrest for drug and gun violations.
On 3/31/2023 at approximately 10:15 PM, SRPD Officers from the Special Enforcement Team conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the area of Todd Rd and Moorland Ave. The driver and solo occupant was identified as Adrian Valle, a 31-year-old Santa Rosa resident. SET Officers recognized Valle from prior contacts and knew him to be an active member in a local street gang. SRPD Police K9 "Ghost" and his Officer handler were in the area and arrived to assist with the traffic stop. "Ghost" has received specialized training in the detection of fi****ms and subsequently conducted an open-air sniff of the vehicle. Upon doing so, K9 "Ghost" alerted to possible contraband inside the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and a loaded, unregistered, polymer 80 handgun, also known as a "ghost gun," was in the center console. Several grams of suspected co***ne were also located. Valle, having multiple prior felony convictions, was placed under arrest for the following charges: 29800(a)(1) PC Felon in Possession, 25850(c)(6) PC Possess unregistered firearm, 25400(a)(1) PC Carry concealed firearm, 11370.1HS Possess Narcotics while armed, 30305(a)PC Felon Possess Ammo. Valle was booked at the Sonoma County Jail.
