A huge THANK YOU to Church Bloomfield & Glen Ridge, David Drislane, Rev. Diana Wilcox and all donors and participants! We gathered for a Blessing of the Animals on October 4, and are so appreciative of being included again in this wonderful service! We thank the Church for their generous donation of $400 to PAWS for our continued work helping the animals in need, as well as the many product donations we received.
It was a beautiful morning, and so great to see many of the same people and their beloved pets.

Say hello to Lula! She’s a youngster at 7 mos. found wandering and picked up by animal control - nobody came to claim her. PAWS pulled her and we will update you with more information but we can tell you she’s super sweet, active when she can be (running partner?) great in the car, seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and is a beauty! Also spayed!

One-of-a-kind pet houses created in an architecture competition will be displayed and auctioned off at a fun, dog-friendly, family event on October 4, 2025, on the beautiful lawn and in the multi-purpose room of Union Congregational Church in Upper Montclair, NJ. 100% of the profit will be donated to Rescue Haven Foundation in Caldwell, PAWS in Montclair, as well as Associated Humane Societies, based in Newark.
