Good afternoon Bryant’s Buddies pals. I would like to take a moment to review and remind you of my business policies, ensuring the efficient operation of my pet sitting services.

As a small business owner, I strive to provide exceptional service and take pride in my work. I appreciate my clients’ support and understanding.

• Rates/Pricing - My rates and pricing are non-negotiable.

• Payment - Full payment is due upon completion of services. I accept cash, Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo. Please note that checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

• Deposits - A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the final payment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. No exceptions apply.

• Cancellation Policy - Please provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice for any changes or cancellations to services. For bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice from the start of the visit, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Last Minute Bookings (Short Notice Request) - I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests. However, I cannot guarantee services without sufficient notice. All short-notice requests will incur an additional charge per visit. A short-notice request is one scheduled for the same day.

Woof Ave Rescue in Auburn/Opelika is facing eviction (no fault of their own) and they’re in need of adopters for their remaining furver friends. They have approximately 36 days to find these babies homes. If you’re unable to adopt, PLEASE consider sponsoring an adoption so that we can make HUGE impact and help ALL of these kiddos in finding their furever family.
