There’s an awesome dog sports event taking place on March 28-30 at the Wetumpka Sports Complex! Hosted by The Montgomery Area Dog Obedience Club, The Montgomery Kennel Club, and Salty Dogs Coursing, there will be all kinds of fun events and opportunities for you to try with your dog from FastCAT to Dock Diving to CGC Trick Dog! Five Freckle K9 will have a tent out there just so we can help introduce people to any of the sports like they’d like to try. Come out and play!

We love these classes! Nosework is such an amazing sport for dogs - it works their brain, it builds their confidence, it provides structure while also letting them be a dog. And Daphne is an amazing instructor for the dogs and humans alike!

We're so appreciative of all the love we received for our WSFA appearance Friday morning! We adore our little dog-loving community!

It made me realize that we never shared June Bug's other local tv appearance! She got to be in a video shoot for Meals on Wheels Montgomery that was shot by and she had an absolute blast on set earning her cookies and making her costars laugh! This is the second commercial she has been honored to be apart of, making her debut as the first mixed breed on an AKC commercial a few years ago!

As of close of business today, 💯 animals have left into foster care! This is a huge win for us as these animals make up 1/3 of our population. We want to give each of you that stepped up to the plate a heartfelt thank you! Our ability to navigate the impending weather is much easier now and our load is lighter. Thanks to you, 100 animals are getting specialized care and our team will sleep a little deeper while dreaming about the fantastic time we know they are having! We would love if you posted pictures in this thread!
