Meet Pepper, a 1-year-old male Wirehaired Terrier mix with a big heart and a spunky personality. He was found by our Animal Services Division, sadly tied to a tree and left behind. Thankfully, Pepper was rescued and is now ready to find his forever home.

This sweet boy loves affection and will happily return it with tail wags and cuddles, but he also has a playful, energetic side that keeps things fun! Meow! Would you like to tell me how “bee-you-tee-ful” I am? People here in the cat room say that I am “drop dead” gorgeous! Well they would be right of course. I am a two-year-old “bombshell” that is looking for another home. I had a home, but my family broke up and no one could take me with them. I am hoping for a fresh start with a new family. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. One thing they have noticed about me in the cat room is that I LOVE to be brushed! Well with my long “bee-you-tee-ful” coat you can see why I want to always look my best!

Helloooo! My name is Queen Serenity and as you can see in my picture I am one pretty girl! I don’t know exactly how it happened, but when a business owner pulled up to his office one Monday morning, me and my beautiful puppies were hanging around the front door! Well he was very surprised to see us! When he came to us, he could tell that my babies were very young and we needed his help. He called the shelter, loaded us up in his car, and took us to the place that could help us the best. The shelter went right to work. They found us the “bestest” foster family where we were safe, warm, dry, and well cared for! We stayed there for several weeks and we are now ready for adoption. I am an eighteen-month-old hound mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. One little problem did show up on my health check up. I am heartworm positive. I am not worried. The shelter already has my treatment scheduled. I hope that someone will foster me through my treatment and then adopt me! One last thing….a big THANK YOU to my foster family! You saved my life and the lives of my beautiful babies when you opened your home to us!!

Hi there! My name is Artie! I am a cute “teenage” terrier puppy mix! When the shelter was closed during the holidays someone dropped me off in the puppy yard at the shelter and then drove away. When the employees found me the next day they took me inside where it was warm and I got a big bowl of food. My owners never claimed me so the shelter got me ready to meet some new families. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am a good boy with a sweet and loving personality. I hope you will come to meet me!

Precious little Icey returned today from her foster fun trip! She had the best time and has been telling us all about it! She was SO shy when she went into foster care and thanks to some specialized TLC she is much more trusting of people!

Zeus is one of the lucky ones that landed a spot in a foster home! He got to experience yesterday’s weather in a way he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to if he were still here at the shelter. His foster parents are even considering being his adoption ambassador which means he will get to go from home to home!❤️

After 170 days of homelessness, sweet Trevi still soaks up every second of love and attention he can get.
