The cutest mule around! Rosie is very gentle girl and an excellent companion to horses, ponies, donkeys and all types of livestock. She is well mannered, easy to groom, and loves attention. A little tricky to catch, but we’ve been working on it and she is coming around quickly! Most recently she has been running in a pasture with livestock as a guardian/companion. Not broke to ride, but seems like she may have been driven before. Wonderful companion and a neat pet!

Apache- 14yr, 14.2-14.3h Pintaloosa Gelding $2500

Talk about a pretty horse! This guy is very uniquely colored, he certainly has the looks to turn heads. Apache rides around the arena and has spent most of his life out on group trail rides. He has a big ground covering stride and is athletic, would be awesome for endurance work. Apache is a PROJECT as he is HARD TO GET ON- we’ve been working on it and will continue to while he’s here- but he’s ultimately going to need someone who wants to put in some ground work and ride too. Well mannered to lead, stands tied, picks up his feet easy, loads and hauls well, turns out with a group and loves his friends. He’ll be an awesome horse in the right hands and you’ll never find another one colored up like him!

Patch- 8yr, Approx 40” Paint Pony Gelding

Patch is an awesome all around fun pony! Patch is broke to ride and drive. He will do the leadline job for the kids and be a lot of fun for the more experienced kids to ride on their own. While we haven’t personally hooked him, Patch line drives great and I’d have no hesitation in guaranteeing that he will drive. Has done summer leases for pony rides/petting zoo. He’s a little on the spunky side, typical pony! Has the energy to be a great asset to a pony ride program as he can work all day. Barefoot and sound, no vices, gets along well in a mixed herd of ponies or with big horses. UTD shots, farrier, & coggins. Sharp looking dude!

*He was advertised a few weeks back and didn’t end up leaving us, no fault of his own he is still available!*

Pretty- 14yr, 15h Bay Mare $6250

This is an exceptionally nice horse, one of our barn favorites at the moment! Pretty will ride walk, jog, lope both leads, has a good stop and back, and neck reins perfectly. She likes to trail ride or will work in the arena too. Watch her video riding out through the snowy fields, she is an absolute pleasure. Does what you ask, never complains! Has been ridden by our lesson students and is great for both kids and adults. Pretty currently wears front shoes, turns out with a mixed herd, easy to groom and tack, loads and hauls well. A nice gentle all around horse that absolutely anyone should be able to enjoy. Did we mention she is pretty looking too!

Checkout this handsome gelding! Slice is a nice young horse with a world of potential. Ground covering trot, slow “lopey” canter, started over fences and jumps very nicely. Green but very honest to the jumps. Push kind of ride. Has offered a few changes, just needs fine tuning. Easy enough for an amateur/teen to bring along with a trainer or a nice prospect for a pro to finish & move along. He is a well bred TB, top and bottom, never made it to the track as he is wayyy too slow, should make a fantastic hunter! Slice has no vices. He turns out with a group of geldings and loves to play. Currently wears front shoes. Loads & hauls easily. Price to increase as his progress continues! Leases also considered to right situation.

If you’re looking for a steady eddy horse to plod around the arena or head down the trails, this is your girl! Lady Joanie would rather go slow than fast. She walks and trots easily but it takes a push to make her canter, does have both leads if you can get her moving. She loves to trail ride and will go anywhere you ask, on her own or with other horses. Would be an excellent husband or guest horse, will suit any rider with her stocky build. We haven’t personally hooked her but I was told that Lady drives too. She is currently barefoot and sound, turned out in a mixed herd, easy to groom/tack, and loads and hauls well. A nice safe all around horse that someone is sure to enjoy!

Pops- 12yr, 16.1-16.2 Bay OTTB Gelding $2850

This big stout pretty gelding is a joy to ride and loves attention. Pops will ride walk/trot/canter, goes whatever speed you ask and doesn’t get hot, happy to just walk along. Has been ridden in the arena, English and western, and willingly heads down the trail too. He last raced in 2019 and seems like he has been used for trail riding/western work since and may have been a pony horse as well. Has a super nice neckrein which we don’t see with many TB! We think Pops could make a super lesson horse with fitness or head out with a group and hit the trails tomorrow. Goes over a cross rail willingly. He aims to please and is a good boy! Barefoot in video, now wearing front shoes. Turns out with a group of geldings and gets along well. Loads and hauls easy. A nice boy with no vices.

Bonnie- 17yr, 16+h Molly Mule

Bonnie is a sweet big mule that’s very gentle. Previous owners reported that they drove her single and double, and trail rode her too. We have ridden her, she is nervous when you get on (best if someone holds her) but then does ride some. Kind of green/happiest just to follow her best buddy. Bonnie is easy to groom and work around, handles her feet well, and is easy to catch as long as you’ve got a snack for her. Gets along well with horses and livestock. She is a super companion and we think she’d probably be happiest to just be a friend to another equine. We aren’t really mule people, so maybe the right person would get along great with her to ride and drive too. Either way she’s a really cool girl that wants friends and loving!
