Charles Lowe, his wife Debbie, and two daughters Erin and Charlie comprise L4 Quarterhorses. Charles and his brother Jimmy farm cotton and raise chickens in Southern Mississippi. Charles also has a commercial angus beef herd and of course the Hancock quarterhorses. L4 quarterhorses runs about 35 exceptional broodmares . The Lowes' breeding program is se

cond to none. Anyone who has seen their horses will agree with that statement. The stallions are rope horses or cutting bred. Nowhere else in the south will you find the size, bone, conformation, color, and good looks that the Lowe's horses exhibit.
