Does anyone know who this dog belongs too? He was found by the library in Monticello, and brought to me. He appears to be a senior, and doesn’t move very fast. Has cataracts. A bit overweight, and very lovable. Would like to find his owner tonight or have a volunteer to foster him until owners can be found. Please share, so we can get this baby home!

It is being recommended that dogs should stay away from social activities around other dogs or kennel like facilities during this time due to the spread of the canine virus epidemic. There have been over 1100 documented cases in Indiana. I will be closing the shop today so I can confirm and discuss with local vets how I should proceed going further to protect the health, and safety of all dogs visiting the Groomery. I apologize for late notice, but I just received this at 3am this morning. I have attached this link with more information about this epidemic.

As more cases of Dog Flu are reported across the country, dog owners and veterinary professionals need to stay informed.
