Hi, I'm Romeo. I really, really would love to be in a home for Christmas. I have some experience as a house kitten already. I was in a wonderful foster home. I enjoy belly rubs and cuddles. I am a total lap cat purr machine. Playing with toys and my friends is super fun too. I'm 5 months old and ready to be adopted.

Happy $5 Friday, Friends!
In just the last month, four new strays have come through our doors. Sadly, no one has called to claim them. Part of us is hoping that if we share their faces far and wide, a worried owner will see them and realize their missing friend is safe with us. So please share, share, share.
The other part of us worries what their owners lives must like to have to give up on their fur friend. Unfortunately times are really tough for people right now. Abbott, Bart, and Mr. Magoo are all ready to find their new families. Costello, though, is going to need a little extra love.
Costello came in with Abbott, and right away we noticed weakness in his back end. He’s lost quite a bit of muscle mass, and as a stray, we have no medical history to guide us. And even though we talk to the dogs constantly, not one of them has learned English well enough to fill us in.
After a couple of nights in the kennels, his discomfort seemed to worsen, so we moved him into the warm feed room and set him up with a big, soft bed. On Wednesday he saw a vet and started medications to help keep him comfortable. On Monday he’ll be seeing another vet to help us figure out what’s happening and whether strengthening those leg muscles is possible. Only time, care, and expert eyes will tell if this is a permanent condition or something he can recover from.
If you’d like to help us care for this sweet boy and his friends, we would truly appreciate a small donation. Thank you for always standing by our animals.
Unfortunately Facebook won’t let me share videos on a post with pictures so please go to the comments to see Abbott
