Breeder's Bucket List!!!! Check, Check, Check. FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY after many years of "trying," a Large Bills Please progeny was born ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! I always say that, "We plan and God laughs." I have tried, tried and tried to breed mares in order to foal on MY birthday (which happens to be May 4th). After 12+ grueling years (and when I had given up all hope) the most perfect, awesome, beautiful princess was born ... in Wyoming ... ON MY BIRTHDAY this year!!!!!! Miss Laurell Fogg has a stunning mare that foaled the most flawless example of a striking bay filly that I have ever seen. Out of F DIAMOND KITTY and BY Large Bills Please, they call this filly "Paulette." Paulette? Really? What an honor and a privilege!!!! She is immaculate and WE ARE PROUD!!! I am trying really hard to concentrate on her gorgeous petite face and NOT TO BE OFFENDED by the size of her buttocks!!!! LMAO. Around here, we celebrate big butts, just not mine!!!! LOL. I say all the time that I (AND "Benji") am in the twilight of my horse breeding career and at this rate I don't have very many "once in a lifetimes" left that I can hope to accomplish?!?!?!?! However, this is one that vanishes off our "all time" list!!!! We can't wait to see what my "namesake" does in her future! On a side note, Miss Laurell already has a "Benji" baby they call "Bodacious" from a few years ago. Now she has two!!!! Jelly, Jelly. This is me doing my Happy, Happy, Happy dance ;-)

Breeder's Bucket List - Check Mark!!!!! Recently Baby Cakes Dougalicious Doug Flowers and I were able to make the trek over the hill to watch Cy Christensen compete on a Large Bills Please, a.k.a. "Benji," progeny in the breakaway roping at the NFR Open competition held at the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo. As a horse breeder it is a dream to have horses you have bred make something of themselves on big stages!!! This was one of the biggest stages in rodeo and a true national competition. That Benji baby we call "Whiskey" rose to the occasion and helped CY win the second round of the breakaway competition posting a 2.2-second-run, the fastest of the entire rodeo. CY was able to pocket $5,666, bragging rights AND an interview on the cowboy channel, which was epic. Though she claimed "Whiskey" flunked out of the barrel race, that's not exactly true. I just believe that CY's Mom Melodi Christensen, the actual owner of "Whiskey," has a heart as big as Texas and knew her daughter needed a stellar breakaway horse. The Christensens (Melodi, CY and Jerry Christensen) have owned several of Benji's babies and even bred one of their stellar mares HOLYSMOKINMAUREENEE to him a couple of years ago. They purchased "Whiskey" as a yearling and it's been nothing but greatness ever since. They are the kind of people that have been my friends and Arizona neighbors so long and so deep that they are now family!!!! I have roped countless steers with CY for countless years and could never tell her "No" when she wanted to go rope. And she ALWAYS wants to go rope! I consider her my "adopted" daughter and to see her make such great accomplishments on one of my "other babies" causes my chest to swell!!! We ALL had an awesome pop up vacation and were able to fit in a tour of the ProRodeo Hall of Fame, a jaunt through the Garden of the Gods and an authentic Italian style meal in Old Colorado City. We squeaked in two rodeo performances, were able to catch up with my cousin Clint Chamblin, hold some inpromtu photo sessions, shop until we dropped and had a tailgate beer drinking party in the hotel parking lot to close the deal. Miss CY you make me proud every single day, that drop-dead-gorgeous-grey-horse "Whiskey" makes his daddy proud and we can't wait to see the achievements you and "Whiskey" conquer. MUAH my dear!!!!

SOLD!!!! Congratulations to Gus and Hogan Kelley for their purchase of these two Large Bills Please prospects. Gus chose PBARS LARGE CARTEL, a.k.a "Hallee," a two-year-old filly out of PUSH THE BUTTON D. While Hogan took a liking to PBARS ROYAL BILLS, a.k.a. "Prince Charming," a two-year-old gelding out of PEARL ON DA COWHOUSE. Obviously BOTH are BY Large Bills Please and both were bred for greatness. I could go on and on and on about how thrilled we are to place these c**ts with these up-and-coming cowboys. We cannot wait to see what you two handy horsemen make of these prospects under the direction of Shea Hill-Vega; Emilio Vega Horse Training and your entire brigade of exceptional hands. You are both packed FULL of talent and try and we are giddy at the opportunity that these young horses have under you both. We tip our hats to you!!!

Whoop, There It Is!!!! Been doing some looking, some scouting and some research. I've come to the conclusion that LARGE BILLS PLEASE and I are not quite ready for the has-been-breeder turn-out-pasture yet!!!! Found this fabulous, top-of-the-line Princess to "house" a Benji baby for next year's bounty. Welcome to the P- broodmare string FRIGID MIST, a.k.a. "Frosty." You gotta appreciate the grit in a horse foaled in January in Wyoming with short ears due to frostbyte!!!! She gotta trunk full o' junk that would make Lainey Wilson jealous!!! Thank you goes out to Brackin for giving us the opportunity to make this happen. Benji and I just LOVE this time of year πŸ™‚

It's A Filly! It's A Filly! It's A Filly! Celebration time at P-! SHEZGOTTA TICKET TWO, a.k.a "Black Cherry," birthed this precious, perfect little filly, which we call "Brown Sugar," on Sunday. To my amazement, amusement and sheer joy, she gave birth at noon and had this little stinker out, up and eating within an hour - start to finish. For Large Bills Please this is his first time to sire an Appaloosa. We are thrilled with her color and are impatiently waiting for the spots and roan to start showing up! As for me, it's official. I'm an Appy breeder and one box in my "breeder bucket list" has been checked off. Thank you to Amanda Kooiker for the opportunity to own this stellar mare. Shout out to Penny Walsh and crew at Walsh Quarter Horses and Reproduction Center, to vet Becky with Uncompahgre Equine Veterinary and to vet Nikki and crew at Horsefly Creek Veterinary Services. We have an A+ team and it constantly shows!

The Right Hands. People often ask me, "What's the hardest part about breeding and raising horses?" I often initially respond with, "Besides losing tons of money?" πŸ˜‰ But, eventually my honest response is, "Getting the offspring to the right people and into the right hands." That is hands-down the hardest struggle for me. This coming year, 2023, will be my 11th crop of foals BY Large Bills Please. Getting the mares settled, getting them through their pregnancies, getting the foals on the ground, keeping those foals alive and sound ... all the way down to getting the first rides on them is NOT EASY. No Doubt. But then, to put those prospects into the right homes is even harder. The majority of Benji's babies are bred (intentionally) to end up in the rodeo arena. Most of them, due to their size, are bred to be calf roping, breakaway or heel horses. Though he has many of those, he shockingly also has some pretty awesome show horses and several barrel horses. He passes on such a temperament that NO discipline is out of their realm. But DANG it sure puts a smile on my face to see one of his "kids" end up where they belong!!!! Congratulations Cy Christensen for winning the breakaway at The Days of 1910 Rodeo in Timber Lake, SD, this past weekend on one of Benji's first few foals, "Whiskey." Though "Whiskey" has been an exceptional barrel horse for Melodi Christensen, it seems like he's really catching his stride as a breakaway horse. I am so grateful to the Christensen family for not only purchasing several of Benji's babies, but also, for breeding one of their prize mares to him a couple of years ago. They are huge Large Bills Please fans and I am huge fans of theirs. I can't wait to see how far CY and Whiskey take this and I can't wait to see where "Jiggers," their yearling c**t BY Large Bills Please, takes Binki. What is meant to be, is just meant to be!!!!!!!

Well Shoot Us Over The Moon!!!!! We are BEYOND excited to announce that these two beauties are confirmed IN FOAL to Large Bills Please!!!!! Due to some unfortunate circumstances we lost a pair of young, awesome broodmares last year. So, we had to regroup just a little bit and we are a little late on the uptake, but we're making it work. We've added appendix-bred HOLLYWOOD ZIP CODE, a.k.a "Marilyn," and our first Appaloosa, a.k.a. "Black Cherry," into the mix. Thank you to Elie Simon for giving us the opportunity with "Marilyn" and to Amanda Kooiker for agreeing to part with "Black Cherry." I guess we must be living right because we somehow managed to "sync" two first-time mares together. Both "bred" and both "took" on the same day. We did this a couple years ago with a couple of older mares and I never imagined we could do it again ... with TWO totally different mares!!!! Yahoo!!! Time to play the Powerball :-) HUGE "Thank You" to Dr. Nikki at Horsefly Creek Veterinary Services, Penny Walsh and crew at Walsh Quarter Horses, Dr. Becky at Uncompahgre Equine Veterinary Services and, of course, to my baby cakes Doug Flowers. It is not accurate to state that "Benji" and I have an "A Team." WE HAVE AN A+ TEAM and it shows!!!!!

Better Late Than Never!!! In the wee hours of Monday morning, we finally welcomed this precious new foal into the World. This filly out of DO ZIP SOME, a.k.a. "Ol' Girl" and by Large Bills Please, a.k.a. "Benji," brings his total progeny count to 50. After a few days of getting to know her, we've settled on calling her "Baby Fro." I don't know that I've ever been witness to a "curlier" baby! I've seen curly manes and tails, but, this little straight-bay dynamo has curly hair on her entire body!!! Thank goodness she has her daddy's head, butt and personality and we are grateful she sports her mama's LONG legs!!!! She loves naps, is a big eater, and is very social wanting to meet ALL the horses on the place. I am anxious to watch this one grow up. Thank you to Penny Walsh and crew at Walsh Quarter Horses, Dr. Becky, Dr. Nikki at Horsefly Creek Veterinary Services, to Herman Libsack and Vicki Libsack, and to my baby cakes Doug Flowers. It truly takes a village to make all of this happen!!!!!!!

06/03/2022

Grateful!!!! I've said it countless times, but, I really feel like I need to say it again. I am eternally grateful for Large Bills Please!!! This horse literally saved my life and to have others see him for the truly amazing horse that he is makes me one proud mama!!!! I must share a very heartfelt, awesome appreciation letter from one of his clients that has since become one of my friends! Thank you Ms. Laurell Fogg for the very kind words and for breeding your "Annie" back to Large Bills Please, a.k.a. "Benji" again in 2022. We can't wait to see what the couple produces again in Spring.
Laurell Fogg writes: "I'm so happy [my niece] Wendy Y. Gaddis knew Large Bills would be a good match for my [mare] Annie. [Their first c**t], Bo, is exceptional. He has a great disposition, is smart and has really good conformation. Your stud fee is a bargain! I wish I had a dozen mares to breed [to Benji]!"
You made my day Laurell!!!! Thank you!!!!

Over the Moon!!!! Large Bills Please and I are simply OVER THE MOON excited for this pair! This filly and this cowgirl are the perfect match. Breakaway ropers pay attention!!!! This "cowy" Large Bills Please offspring and Miss Macklynn will be knocking on your door any day now!!!! I really wouldn't put it past this teenage cowgirl to enter a roping WITHOUT A HEADSTALL. This filly isn't even a five year old yet!!!!! This ain't loping circles without a headstall. This is ROPING, SEVERAL HEAD without a headstall. Hats off to you Miss Macklynn and Pippsqueak. All together now, let's say it, "HANDY!!!"

Congratulations to Billy Hodson for his purchase of PBARS BAR BILLS*, a.k.a. "Blue Duck." The two-year-old gelding is by LARGE BILLS PLEASE and out of RH RUN ALEXIS. We are thrilled that upon purchasing the grey stunner, Hodson waisted no time and immediately began the "starting" process. Blue Duck was taken to a local trainer for his ground work. According to this trainer, he was a good minded, smart c**t and very willing to do whatever was asked of him. As a breeder, this is the exact temperament I notice on all of LARGE BILLS PLEASE offspring and what I strive for when I'm looking at broodmares. We are excited to watch Blue Duck's progress and eagerly await his future as a part of Hodson's "pack and guide string" at Flowers Colorado Outfitters. PM LARGE BILLS PLEASE or Paulette Woods to inquire on any of the other available prospects BY him.

I DID IT MY WAY!!!! Danelle Chamberlain and Kelly Chamberlain recently decided to breed their APHA mare I DID IT MY WAY, a.k.a. "Sobe," to LARGE BILLS PLEASE, a.k.a. "Benji." To say she "did it her way" would be a complete understatement. She's an older mare and had a few reproductive issues, but, is exactly the kind that crosses well with Benji. Upon telling Kelly the obstacles we were facing with their mare he said, "I've gambled before. Let's do it." After a fashion, we were able to inseminate her "happy uterus" with frozen semen on a viable follicle. I have had fingers crossed ever since. Miracles happen everyday, and I just learned that they have a healthy two-week ultrasound, Sobe is bred and I am giddy!!!! This is the first APHA offspring and the first frozen semen offspring for LARGE BILLS PLEASE. Penny Walsh with Walsh Quarter Horses and Reproduction Center and Becky Sondergard with Uncompahgre Equine Veterinary Services, you two rocked it!!!!! To get this mare bred under the circumstances is simply unbelievable. Kudos to you both on the breeding team and congratulations to the Chamberlain family!!!!!!! This is a Chamberlain video of this exceptional mare!!! The sound on this video shows the exact type of mare she is, perfect Thank you Chamberlain family for having such faith in my boy "Benji." We won't be disappointed!!!!

LARGE BILLS PLEASE Fan Club! I think it's safe to presume that Kelly Chamberlain and family are fans of LARGE BILLS PLEASE, a.k.a. "Benji." They chose to breed their beautiful paint mare IM SOMEBODY TOO, a.k.a. "Sobe," to him earlier this month and then they purchased one of his yearlings, PBARS ZIP PLEASE*, a.k.a. "Fancy Pants," yesterday.
This stunning, yearling bay filly with all the chrome is out of a gorgeous, larger mare DO ZIP SOME, a.k.a. "Ol Girl," given to me by my dear friends Herman and Vicki Libsack. Ol Girl throws amazing babies with Benji and this one was no exception. The pair has had a total of four offspring together and though Fancy Pants had a pretty rough start early on, she proved that she is a survivor and quickly became my favorite foal on the place. She was a complete joy to be around and such a doll! She halter broke in all of five minutes and learned to push the "turd" cart around the pen by herself in no time. She wanted to use the rake too, but, ended up breaking two of them, so I didn't let her try anymore. Ha, Ha. Prior to her sale, she made a few trips through the washrack with no incident and handled the clippers like an old pro. To say she's smart and gentle would be a complete understatement.
As a breeder, my ultimate goal is to get Benji babies into a great home where they will be used to their potential. I hit the jackpot with this one! I've known Kelly for years and know what a great roper he is. I recently met his wife Danelle and his two boys. When I delivered this filly yesterday, the boys told me, very matter-of-factly, that she was going to be their barrel horse. And Danelle can't keep her hands off of her. My heart is full!!!! I have total faith that Fancy Pants will end up an all around, rope, barrel, trail horse once she gets a few years under her belt! Congratulations Chamberlain Family on your purchase and I anxiously await you call confirming Sobe in foal 🀞🀞

Large Bills Please and I are ecstatic to announce a healthy "heart-beat-pregnancy" for MISTY BAR ZAN, a.k.a. "Fiona," and wish to thank Rox Fillmore for choosing Large Bills Please as the baby daddy and trusting us with this prized mare!!!!
Miss "Fiona" has always been a favorite of mine and Large Bills Please, a.k.a. "Benji," has adored her since the day he met her. After years of suggesting, we are grateful to finally convince Rox to do the deed. I am a HUGE advocate of breeding "using type" mares and this one is an absolute head horse DELUXE. She sports a set of papers on her that include greats like PEPONITA, GAY BAR KING and ZAN PARR BAR and she's gorgeous to boot! She has been Roxanne's numero uno rope horse for many years and we are "over the moon" excited to see this foal hit the ground Spring 2022.
Extra special thank you's go to Penny Walsh and the entire Walsh Quarter Horses and Reproduction staff, Vet Becky Sondergard with Uncompahgre Equine Veterinary Services, Vet Nicki Seehafer and crew at Horsefly Creek Veterinary Services, and to my "do anything, anytime for a common goal" life partner Doug Flowers. Without each and every one of you, this would NOT have been possible!!!! And, again, thank you Rox for choosing "Benji" and trusting us with YOUR PRINCESS. We anxiously await the royalty in your mare. After all, she IS a princess and she's "in foal" to my KING! πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘

Yahoo. Another one of the Large Bills Please broodmares checked bred. SPARK ON THE RUN, a.k.a. "ChichaROANIE," shows a healthy 14-day-old foal "in the oven." The filly we had out of this cross this year is perfect and we cannot wait until another hits the ground in 2022!!!! Thank you to Herman and Vicki Libsack for this amazing mare!!! Hats off and a huge "Thank you," to my A TEAM - baby cakes Doug Flowers, vet Nikki and crew at Horsefly Creek Veterinary Service, Penny Walsh and crew at Walsh Quarter Horses and Reproduction Center, and vet Becky with Uncompahgre Equine Veterinary Services. It truly takes a village and we could not do any of it without each and every one of you!!!!!

Celebration!!!! Congratulations to Sarah McGinnis and her mare T CROSS HICKUP, a.k.a "Hickup," as they have a healthy 30-day pregnancy to LARGE BILLS PLEASE, a.k.a. "Benji." We at P- Horses are honored to have the opportunity for Benji to breed T+ Royalty. The T Cross Ranch has done an amazing job with their breeding program and Hickup is no exception. Her pedigree of proven, winning and earning lineage and parents, COWTOWNS CAT and DONT HICK UP, leaves me speechless, while the "look" of this mare is jaw dropping!!!! We anxiously await this cross to hit the ground Spring 2022 and can't wait to watch it literally "eat up" the cowhorse World. Thank you vet Sarah for you unwavering confidence in Benji!!!!!

Mare watch is officially over!!!! It was nearly 2 a.m. (and over a month late) when we welcomed into the World this flashy sorrel filly by LARGE BILLS PLEASE, a.k.a. "Benji," out of PUSH THE BUTTON D, a.k.a. "Double D." The final of the 2021 foaling season. This marked the official end of my "endless," over two-month-long, seemingly eternal, foaling experience. Never before have I experienced such a drawn out endeavor. The wait was worth it as this perfect little princess sports her mama's long legs and large frame and her daddy's head and chrome. Fillies are especially intelligent and such a joy at this tender age and she was no exception. She was up, running around, and "latched on" within 30 minutes. She was doing what horses do best, p**ping, in less than an hour. I needed that! Not sure I could have survived a three hour "begging" ordeal with a c**t that couldn't figure out how to suck at this point. I'm seriously considering naming this one "Halley" as in "Hallelujah" as everyone in this household has waited nearly three months for this day and is eager to get a full, uninterrupted night of sleep. Whew. Mama and baby are doing great and she will be available for purchase after weaning in the Fall.

C**t 45!!!! In a somewhat rare occurrence around here, it was during the midday hours yesterday, that this long-legged, handsome, bay c**t (the 45th progeny by LARGE BILLS PLEASE) joined the P- Horses team. It's a blessing that DO ZIP SOME, a.k.a. "Ol Girl," a very experienced broodmare, is his Dam as we were not home and she was on her own bringing him into the World. What a surprise when we pulled down the driveway to the "maternity ward" stall row and there he was running around and attempting to eat!!!!! "Benji" and his herd of ladies are really putting the legs on them this year and I've come to call this one "Spider" as his legs resemble those on a Daddy Long Legs spider. They are a mile long and, though seemingly straight, they are nowhere near recovered from spending nearly a year (361 days) inside his mother's womb :-) Once they relax and straighten out I can't imagine how tall he will be!!!! Mama and baby are doing great. Special thanks to Mom (Talca Bezona Woods) and Dad (George Woods) for the help cleaning up and getting him going. And, my gratitude to Herman and Vicki Libsack for allowing us to utilize this amazing mare in the string. She and Benji continue to produce some amazing babies together. Danette Watson, it was great catching up with you and here's your pictures girl. I am thrilled to report that the birthing place at P- now has three on the ground with only one left to go for the season.

Over The Moon Proud ... Yesterday in the early morning hours under the light of a very full and bright moon, LARGE BILLS PLEASE and P- Horses welcomed another stud c**t into the World. This one was extra special as he is out of my former racehorse mare and Doug Flowers' pride and joy head horse, PEARL ON DA COWHOUSE, a.k.a. "Ivanka." In true "racing" fashion he and his Dam spent the first few minutes of his life literally running their pen. Though this was not the most "textbook" foaling process I've ever been a part of, after much coaxing and many hours of prayer and worry, both mama and foal are doing well. Benji's offspring are always loaded with personality, but, this little one might have more than all of them combined!!!! His first-time Mom has her hands full to say the least. This is one LARGE BILLS PLEASE progeny that will NOT be for sale in the Fall at weaning. Doug Flowers has finally "gotten" the flashy, long-legged, grey stud c**t he has always wanted. I'm not sure you could pry this one from him for a million dollars. The Flowers household is a very happy one right now :-) Thank you to Penny Walsh and Erin Pavlich for the help and encouragement!!!!

One, Big, Huge, Amazing "Pat on the back!!!!" Congratulations to the Jones family for their purchase of not ONE, but, TWO offspring of LARGE BILLS PLEASE. The "fab four" purchased the fab two - PBARS RUNNER BILLS, a three-year-old grey gelding out of RH RUN ALEXIS, and PBARS CASH BILLS, a three-year-old bay filly out of PC NATIVE LACE. Both BY LARGE BILLS PLEASE, had in excess of 120 days under saddle with Rory Phelan and were ready to "take on the World." I am thrilled that this family purchased them both and cannot wait to see where they take them!!!!! "Conan" and "McRib" have a bright future ahead of them and Kali and Levi have already started to mold them into using horses. Thank you Jami and Kent Jones for the updates!!!!!!!

Happy, happy 1st birthday to these cuties. PBARS CASH PLEASE*, a.k.a. "Rip" and PBARS ZIP PLEASE*, a.k.a. "Fancy Pants" were BOTH born on this day last year. Not sure how we were fortunate enough to have two LARGE BILLS PLEASE offspring at once? Rip was born on pasture out of PC NATIVE LACE and Fancy Pants was born here in the maternity ward out of DO ZIP SOME. I will take two healthy foals born on the same day - any day!!!!!! Rip celebrates his first birthday in his new home in Arizona with Robbie Hall and Fancy Pants, who is FOR sale, but not ON sale, is still with me here in Colorado. I am truly hoping this two-some repeats itself tonight and adds another to it!!! Though I do not have PC NATIVE LACE anymore, I DO have three amazing mares, PEARL ON DA COWHOUSE, DO ZIP SOME and PUSH THE BUTTON D, here in the birthing place at P- and they are all waaayyyyy "overdue." Come on girls, let's triple down on Tax Day!!!! ;-) *AQHA Names Pending.

Congratulations to Laurell Fogg!!!! This newest addition brings the LARGE BILLS PLEASE count this year to four and his herd progeny total to 42!!!! Yahoo!!! This gorgeous mare FDIAMOND KITTY delivered the little bay dynamo over a day ago outside of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and both are doing well. According to Fogg, "Of all the horses my husband and I ever owned, the best ones were bays. With just a little white on a hind leg, this one is not flashy, it's CLASSY." We couldn't agree more!!!!!!

UPDATE, UPDATE!!! LARGE BILLS PLEASE had his first foal of the year, his 39th overall, on April 21st in Alabama with the Drake Family. No pictures were available at the time, but, we just received one and oooohhhhh mmmmyyyyy! This little c**t is chromed up like a 70's Cadillac!!!! It just so happens that my favorite color is CHROME!!!!!! Thank you for the picture Beth Drake!!!! I would speculate that your mare HIGH N MIGHTY MOUSE crosses very well with LARGE BILLS PLEASE?!?!?!?! We appreciate the opportunity and we are thrilled for you and your family!!!! The Stork Drops Another ... It's a Girl!!!!! The stork assigned to LARGE BILLS PLEASE has been exceptionally busy this week. She delivered a striking little filly to the Storey Family in Florida yesterday morning. This filly, out of PC NATIVE LACE and by LARGE BILLS PLEASE, is only hours old in these pictures, but, is already latched onto mama and looks to be doing great. I'm told she has a star on her forehead and looks to have three pastern/half pasterns. With all of the calf roping talent in that family, it wouldn't surprise me if the grand kids stole this one from Janet for a calf roping horse :-) Don't worry Miss Janet, I happen to know where we can get you another one!!!!!!

Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo, Woo Hoo!!!!! It's a BOY!!!!!!! LARGE BILLS PLEASE just became a daddy again for the 40th time, the second time this year, and ... it's another boy!!!! HOLYSMOKINMAUREENEE, of South Dakota, just had this flashy little bay c**t at the Central Dakota Animal Clinic. We have all been on pins and needles awaiting this cross!!!! I think the cross is amazing and if that ain't a "Benji" baby, then I guess I've never seen one?!?!?!?! Four white socks and that LARGE BILLS PLEASE head!!!!! He sure does "stamp them." Thanks to Dr. Jay for a successful delivery. Congratulations Melodi and Jerry Christensen on your new little addition. We are doing the happy dance and know you will take this one to amazing heights. Did I ever mention that I just LOVE this time of year? Life is good and God is great!!!!!!

Anxious ... As I wait for four of my broodmares to approach their foaling dates I am anxious!!! Anxious to see these little turds in person. I am patiently, impatiently, waiting their arrival. I switched up a few things this year and bred up. Waaaaaayyyyyy up. Meaning all of these mares are what I would call HUGE. So tall I'd need a fence, trailer fender or mounting block to get on them. LOL. In the meantime, it's been the down and dirty paperwork. Time to get all the forms handled from the 2020 crop. I must admit that LARGE BILLS PLEASE outdid himself last year. He was 100% on the bays. They are stunning. Two fillies and one c**t. Congratulations to Robbie Hall and her c**t PBARS CASH PLEASE*, a.k.a. "Rip." He is successfully halter broke and on his way to an amazing career with her. I am thrilled with the progress on my two fillies; PBARS CORONA PLEASE*, a.k.a. "FLOTUS," and PBARS ZIP PLEASE*, a.k.a. "Fancy Pants." LARGE BILLS PLEASE is going to have to have a superb year to top those three from last year!!!!!! Here's a peak at some throwbacks from what I was doing last year at this time. Hint: I was chasing week-old babies around the pasture and trying to get their mamas bred back!!! PM Paulette Woods or LARGE BILLS PLEASE to obtain a 2021 Stallion Breeding Packet or to purchase one of his available prospects (a three-year-old bay filly, a three-year-old grey gelding, a two-year-old grey gelding, and two yearling bay fillies.) Happy Spring Y'All!!!!!!!

It's a boy!!!! LARGE BILLS PLEASE is a daddy again this morning for the 39th time and the first time this year. He and HIGH N MIGHTY MOUSE, a nine-year-old sorrel AQHA mare, had a bouncing sorrel c**t all chromed up with white socks. Pictures to follow as soon as we get them. Mama and baby are doing well. Congratulations goes to the Drake family in Blountsville, Ala., on their new addition!!!!!
