NORTHBROOK VILLAS
We are working to build and expand our community as we are bringing in new homes throughout the year. We get 6-10 new homes every month during April to September.
We are pet friendly! We do have a strict policy regarding our pets policy aggressive breeds are not permitted in the community: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Husky, Wolf Hybrids, Bull Mastiffs, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, and Dobermans. You are allowed up to only two pets per household.
You can discover mobile home living that offers you everything you are looking for: Warmth and a sense of community at Northbrook Villas in Montrose, Colorado! Our spacious three bedroom homes are equipped with modern amenities. Well designed with attention to detail, our floor plans comes equipped with a set of modern appliances, plush carpeting, the latest vinyl plank, & ceiling fans! Our other amenities include: Off-street Parking, Basketball Courts, Playground, Curbside Trash, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Spacious Yards and Large Decks.
We do have an application process that you can go online and apply for. Our Application process includes: income, criminal history, rental history, credit history and a onetime application fee of $30 per application. Each applicant over the age of 18 years of age must complete a rental application and all proposed occupants under the 18 years of age must be listed on the application.
