Due to Covid-19 we have made a few changes. We want to keep our staff, your family and your animals healthy.

Our new hours will be Monday and Wednesday 9-3, and Friday 9-12 parked in Oak Grove. House calls on Thursdays.

Call for an appointment or if need medication.
​
Only pets are allowed in our van during this time.
​
Unfortunately if you think you have the virus, we will not be able to see your pet.
​
These new hours will be in effect as long as necessary. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Covid - 19 client protocol effective immediately:

Our top priority right now is safety. Because of this we have to change our client protocol. In order to continue offering our services and to keep the center of Disease Control in World Health Organization guidelines regarding the transmission of covid - 19. The changes go into effect today and last as long as recommended.

1. In order to protect the safety of everyone we request all clients showing signs of illness associated with covid - 19 remain at home and not bring their pet to us.

2. We are asking pet owners not to enter the van.

3. When clients arrive for their appointment, they can come to the door and our staff will admit your pet into the van.

4. We asked clients to remain on-site during their pets appointment so they are immediately available should we have any questions.

5. If any additional information is needed prior to performing our diagnostics or any tests are needed beyond the examination a team member or doctor will contact the client via phone or side window.

6. Once the pet has been fully evaluated the doctor will contact the client via phone or side window to go over the findings recommendations and answer any questions that they may have. The client will be advised of the invoice amount due and at this time the call will then be transferred to collect payment.

7. The pet will then be discharged along with instructions, invoice and medication if needed.
