Happy New Year! Enjoy a little bit of “puppy love” from Wren! She is 4 months old.

We want to say thank you to the people that have stepped forward to help us in this year coming up by recently answering our post for volunteers. We could use a few more local people (Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Castle Rock, Denver, etc.)for “boots on the ground” type of help like home visits, picking up dogs & transporting to adopters or fosters, etc.

Are you interested in helping a rescue make a difference? Do you love Weimaraners? Grey Ghost Weimaraner Rescue could use some help with a variety of responsibilities and would welcome your talent and skills. We need people who can “dig in” and get things done.

There are phone calls to adopters, help with data entry, administrative tasks if interested, home visits & many more day to day things we could use help with.

Terrible…breaks our hearts

A Labrador-mix puppy named Whiskey suffered broken bones and an 18-month-old yorkie terrier mix named Pluto had minor injuries.

This beautiful blue weimy, Anna is still looking for her furever home! 💗 She turns one years old this month. Anna’s been thriving in an amazing foster home with two dogs, two cats and young children. She is one happy girl who has a playful puppy personality! She loves to be around her people and enjoys socializing, toys, walks and cuddling up on the couch! Anna is house and crate trained. LOUIS ARMSTRONG! For those of you who don’t know who Louis is……He is the sweet boy who came from Utah who unfortunately needed to have two bilateral carpal valgus surgeries. He and his adopter are both healed enough from their surgeries where they could both do their first hike together. It was a success! Louis has also completed his obedience training but still exhibit’s some puppy behaviors as expected. We are so happy for these two as they have been through it but they have each other! His adopter says everyone LOVES his goofiness along with his stunning smile!
