Foster or Forever Home Still Needed for Bravo! 🚨

Two-year-old Bravo is still waiting, and we’re urgently looking for either a foster or adopter to step up for this handsome, high-energy boy. 💙

Bravo is smart, loving, and eager to please, but he needs a very specific setup to thrive:
🐾 He must be the only pet (no dogs or cats)
👶 No kids under 12
🏡 A calm home with structure, consistency, and lots of exercise
🐕‍🦺 Experienced Weim owners preferred

This guy is house and crate trained, loves to learn, and is super food-motivated! While he gets overstimulated around other dogs in public, he’s making progress, and positive reinforcement training will be included through the rescue.

He’s sweet, snuggly, and so deserving of a chance. Whether short-term fostering or adopting, you can change his life.

Rosie has found her happily ever after! 🌹

At 8 years old, sweet Rosie spent her life as a backyard breeder dog, raising litter after litter, never knowing the love of a real home. But those days are behind her now… because Rosie has been adopted!

This joyful, social girl was adopted by her amazing foster family (and longtime Grey Ghost adopters) who knew right away that Rosie belonged with them forever. She now has a loving retired mom and dad who are home with her most days, and a big Weimy brother, Max, to keep her company. 🐶💕

Rosie is finally living the life she always deserved, filled with comfort, cuddles, and SO much love. And yes, she adores snuggling up on the couch in her Wrapped in Love blanket. 🥰

Here’s to Rosie’s golden years being her very best yet.

Meet two year old Bravo! We are looking
for either a foster or an adopter for this handsome boy. 💙 Bravo needs to be the only dog in the household along with no cats and children under the age of 12. Bravo needs an experienced weim owner and a home that can provide a lot of exercise! He loves to learn, snuggle and is very food motivated! House and crate trained. He gets overstimulated and reactive towards other dogs while in public. Positive reinforcement training will be provided by the rescue. From a cold metal cage to a life full of love… Leona has found her forever home! 💜🐾

At just 1.5 years old, little Leona came into rescue from a heartbreaking backyard breeder situation. She was shut down, scared, and had never known the warmth of a home. But thanks to our incredible fosters, Leona slowly learned to trust, to play, and most of all… to feel loved. 💕

With her sweet and playful personality finally shining through, Leona caught the eye of a wonderful Grey Ghost alumni family, and the rest is history!

Now, she has a big Weimy brother, Santo, to romp around with, a huge yard to explore, and a family who truly adores her. She goes on daily walks, makes appearances at her teenage brother Nolan’s baseball games, and is living the joyful, secure life she always deserved. She even is loving being cozy in her Wrapped in Love blanket.

Leona, your future is bright, and we are SO happy for you. Happy tails, sweet girl!

Life is looking bright for Violet! 💜🐾

Beautiful Violet, just 11 months old, came into rescue looking for a family who could keep up with her playful spirit and show her just how fun life as a Weimaraner can be, and wow, did she find it!

Violet was adopted by an amazing couple who adore every bit of her goofy, sweet personality. She now has a Weim big brother to play with, a kitty sister to snuggle with, and a mom who works from home so the attention NEVER stops!

This lucky girl is already living her best adventure life. She’s been on her first camping trip, taken a cross-country road trip, enjoyed boating on the lakes in Minnesota, and goes on daily walks, hikes, and dog park outings. 🌲🚐🚤

Meet Leona a Weim that’s small in size, but big in heart. 💙

This 1.5-year-old, 50lb blue Weim is looking for a very special forever home. Leona came from a backyard breeder and arrived in rescue scared, unsure, and shut down. But with time, patience, and love, she’s started to blossom, and now it’s her turn to keep growing in a home of her own.

Leona is:
🤍 Playful, silly, and full of potential
🤍 SO sweet, cuddly, and treat-motivated
🤍 Crate trained and great with other dogs
🤍 Still working on potty training and leash skills

She needs a calm, quiet home ideally with another confident dog to play with and learn from. No young kids please as sudden movements can still spook her. GGWR is committed to this girl and will cover the cost of positive reinforcement training to support her continued progress.

Leona is a work in progress, yes, but the kind that turns into something beautiful with love and patience. Ready to help her keep blooming?

🎉 ADOPTED: Rudy → Gustoff (aka Goose)! 💙🐾

From skinny and scared in an Utah shelter to living his best life back where his heart belongs. Goose’s story is one of resilience, love, and second chances.

This beautiful five-year-old boy was found as a stray, and we knew we had to step in. We brought him to Colorado where he could feel safe, gain weight, and let his sweet, goofy personality shine. And shine he did! ✨

Now officially adopted, Goose is back in Utah with a mom and dad who ADORE him and a Weimy sister, Gracie, who’s thrilled to have a brother again. He has a big backyard to explore, goes on daily walks, cuddles in his Wrapped in Love blanket and is living the dog park dream. 🐶

From stray to cherished… Goose, you are SO loved.
