I'm heart broken 💔 RIP Bear 🐻 go run free with your family. Bear was very loved by his human family. I'm so glad we have kept in touch all these years. I can't even imagine how how very heart broken they are. 13 years is just never enough! ❤️

My mom keeps saying I'm looking like a sausage and I keep telling her to stop saying that she's giving me a complex. Let's talk dog food, mainly kibble. I get this question often. Why isn't my dog eating their kibble?
I then ask couple questions to make sure they're not sick first. One main question is what kind of kibble because let's get real probably 90% of my puppy buyers switch to something else. Another question is how are you feeding it? Most respond with a bowl of dry kibble or with some water.
I then proceed to explain if you where given plain dry toast, no butter, no mayonnaise, nothing but dry toast for every meal for your entire life. Would you turn your nose up at it & start skipping meals until you're so hungry you eat your dry boring toast and consume a half bowl of water to combat your dry toast.
I always recommend adding something to their kibble, skinless chicken, beef, ham (low sodium unless you bake a ham), boil up some bones for bone broth, rotisserie chicken is very yummy or some can dog food(just watch out for added gums). Soft boiled egg. People are like oh no table scraps for my dog. Why? Your only tossing out left over pieces of meat. One thing you don't want to feed is left over fat. Sweet potato is really good.
Let me add one more thought about kibble. Read the labels. Alot of companies are skimping on the meat and adding legumes (chic peas, pea protein r etc) to up the protein content. That's a BIG NO NO!

I'm putting this out there to my past/present puppy owner's. I'm in desperate need of someone to come hang out with my girls Saturday afternoon just until dinner then you can feed dinner and leave them. The house is ac and the fence in the yard has been updated (no more escapes). The yard has a nice shady spot with chairs to sit if the weather is good. Other option I'm open to is if you have a secure yard (the girls can & will jump anything lower than 5/6 ft high fence)and want to take them to your house that could work. I won't be able to drop or pick up.
