Many of you have been following us for a long time. Skips Blue Twist. Twister is now 28 years old and retired. We do have several of his daughters that we have kept back as well as a couple of other mares. We are considering breeding for an other stallion prospect. We will want something with excellent conformation, speed, cow sense and an outstanding disposition. We are looking to breed for versatility. What bloodlines would you like to see us add in our program? We are currently expecting a 2025 foal by PC So Frostin Royal out of Uptown Cowgirl and one by His Will out of Ryons Red Twist. We have a breeding to Taggline for Uptown Cowgirl, Tres Move You for SFW Firewater Wonder and Dollys Streaknbadger for Ryons Red Twist.

I may be looking for a care lease on a mare for 2025 breeding season. I have more breedings than mares at the moment. Prefer barrel bred, but will consider cow bred. Must at least be grand daughter of a big name stallion.

2024 AQHA Buckskin c**t.
💰🔽 Will be weaned in October. This cross never disappoints. Will excel in roping, barrels, or just about anything else you may wish to do with him. Only reason he’s available is because he’s not a she. Sadly, this may be the last chance at a c**t by Skips Blue Twist. I will consider non eating trades like golf cart, gator, zero turn mower, etc. Possibly a smaller SUV or small car with a hatch back.

Just an FYI post. Many, many, many events will report a horse’s earnings. But you have to use the horses Registered name when you enter. I know there are quite a few of Twister’s (Skips Blue Twist) Babies out there with significant earnings, but it’s not been recorded, usually due to registered name’s not being used. If you have a horse (even if it’s not a Twister baby) and you are competing, I recommend using your horses registered name when entering. This will allow any earnings to be recorded and a will actually improve your horse’s value b/c you have a performance record that can be proven.

I can’t wait for this girl to shed off so she doesn’t look so scruffy 😂. Pics don’t do this baby justice at all. She is gorgeous! I swear by this product. It is so much more than just an electrolyte. It is also a must for horses that suffer from heat/dehydration colic.

Before we got hit by hurricane Beryl, all horses in my barn quit sweating.

One of which is an OTTB with anhidrosis and wasn’t sweating at all already. But the others were all fantastic sweaters.

We tried the beer trick, but upon using beer, their manure and urine was attracting ants en masse.

And having a lactating broodmare and a young yearling, beer wasn’t the answer for all of them.

Saw the turbo mag (now rehydrate + recover) recommended in a thread. Then saw the local Bluebonnet nutritionist recommend it as well.

3 days y’all. Everyone was on it for only 3 days before seeing results! And even the NON SWEATER is sweating!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌
