I’m a little behind getting things posted. It’s been unusually hot and dry which has made hunting tough, but we’ve still been able to turn up some great bucks and bulls.

Well, our second group of hunters had a strong week. We were lucky enough to get to hunt with some old friends as well as make some new friends that look forward to hunting with again someday. We’re very fortunate to get to do what we do and where we get to do it. ,

Hunting season 2022 is off and running. What a day!

Well, hunting season 2022 is off to a great start! This young lady killed her first big game animal and it just so happened to be a great management bull elk. I would venture to guess that her smile is possibly bigger than the bulls antlers. We donated this hunt to the Wyoming Trappers Association for their annual fundraiser banquet. She was lucky enough to have her parents end up with the winning bid and they gifted her the hunt. Fortunately for her being a resident she was able to hunt with a resident general elk license. Our guide and Wyoming Trappers Association member was her guide. Again, he did another great job.

October rifle season is starting to wind down for us. The third group of hunters had some great success even with some tough weather. It’s been a great season.

Hunt #2 finished up strong. We’ve been getting some rain, so we’ll see how that affects the rest of the season. It’s been hot and dry, but the hunting has still been great.

This is how we wrapped up the first group of hunters. It’s was a great hunt with a great group of hunters. 2021 is treating us great so far. It certainly helps to have a great group of hard working dedicated guides.

.hub hunt giveaway winner with bull that he harvested with us. Owner of Matt Burch was his guide. It was tough hunting with very hot temperatures, but they were persistent and worked hard and it paid off.
