Our first foal finally arrived around midnight on the 12th. Of course right in the middle of our third snow storm of the year. So far everything seems well and we are happy that the stallion we lost recently now has his first filly on the ground. Welcome to the world miss Delilah. You have a bright future ahead of you. Sired by RMR Hanad out of Lailat Al Qadr

Shah got his new pasture yesterday. Needless to say it was an adventure for him and he seemed to enjoy himself. Next step he will get his first mare of the season. We have plans to breed him to Kami (Aziza Kamona Halisa) and Magic (Sahanads Magic) for the 2026 year. His first foal is due this March out of Bint Turfas Tara. We are eagerly awaiting its arrival.

This is a hard post for me. We have suffered a lot of loss these past few years but I have tried not to let it get me too far down not to see the future. Last week we lost one of our senior stallions RMR Hanad due to a pasture accident. My vet and I agreed the most humane thing was to allow him to cross over the rainbow bridge after several attempts to try and get him back up. We lost his full sister last spring, RMR Bint Sahanadah, to a prepubic tendon rupture. Sirius was always getting himself into bad situations and this one was too much for him. We are deeply saddened with his loss. He was such a sweet and unique individual. Always a comedian and also sweet enough to allow the kids to sit on him and mess around with him. He only had two surviving AK foals both geldings. However their is hope still with two AK mares in foal to him for 2025 one due in the coming weeks and the other in July. Fly high sweet boy. You are greatly missed.

I received these photos of Sahanads Nyte Fury last week and just had to share. He was sorta a miracle c**t as his dam RMR Sahanadah had never had a foal or pregnancy and was 19 when she conceived and 20 when she foaled. She was the best new momma and loved Fury so much as we all did. The plan was rebreed her the next year and I did however tragedy rained down on us and she ruptured her prepubic tendon and we lost her 2 months before it would have been safe to perform a cesarean. It hurt the farm a lot to lose her and her foal but it warms my heart to know that despite her original plan Furys wonderful owner will keep him intact to continue his sire and dams line and plans on freezing his semen for the future. Fury is 2 and a half years old and maturing beautifully. I can't thank Lori enough for caring and taking such good care of him.

Due to no fault of his own this beautiful young c**t is back on the market. He is a beautiful mover, has a lovely chisled head, short back, straight legs and is very upright and forward moving. He will lead, stand to be trimmed, and walks into the trailer out in the pasture freely. He was born in Feb. 2024 by Siggi Saha and out of Jadah Cassiah making him pure Davenport and Al Khamsa. He is already registered as well with AHA and has been weaned so he is ready to find his new venture. Special consideration to a preservation breeding home as this guy is worth it. I am willing to entertain offers if purchased before winter. Asking 2500 obo. If he stays and as he had more training price will go up. 2500 is negotiable to the right home. He was involved in a freak accident that will leave a scar under his forelock. Vet care was provided and he received stitches. I want to make this aware to any potential buyers. More recent photos are on my farm page and I can also send them to you directly.

Always good to get updates on past foals. Al Shama Shaazon aka Albert got 10th out of 39 at the Iron Mountain Jubilee ride and Braveheart SPF aka Opus is continuing his training after 5 weeks off. I can't wait to see him enter the endurance world.

Pretty horses around the farm today. Rasheekah Sahanad, Sadah Moniet and RMR Hanad.

Babies have been weaned. I wish I could have kept Ghost on her dam longer but with Hope's age, having had a choke episode and being off feed because of it for a little while, I was concerned with her health. Her weight has been declining and she needs a break from having to burn the extra calories while we work on building her back up. Ghost is a big 3 month old so I think she will continue to grow on schedule and we wanted to do what was best for her dam. Ghost is a pretty exciting filly and I absolutely am in love with her build and look forward to her future. Sahaar is growing into a nice young c**t and I am looking forward to his future with his new owners this fall.

Why choose my horses? One word, trainability. In less than a day this yearling will walk on and off a trailer just by following you. No halter, no lead she loads herself. Took a video of her doing this in 7 seconds. These horses are truly amazing. Don't let Arab stereotype fool you. The true desert Arabs are the best!

Some pictures of our 2024 foals. It has been so hot but they still enjoy some play time when the evening cools down. Sahaar is now 4 months old and our little Ghost is now 2 months old. Both grey and both by Siggi Saha. So proud of these two foals.

Siggi Saha today. I can't believe he is now 8 years old and has been with me for 5 years now. He has been a blessing to the farm and consistently outproduces himself every time. He also is what I think the perfect Davenport "look".
