Meet one of our Back of House associates, Rachel, who makes sure everything in the play yards, runs as smoothly as paw-sible! 🐾 Rachel mainly works with our one-on-one guest but also loves being in groups! The cold weather might be the paw-fect time for humans to cozy up indoors, but it’s important that our pets are still getting their exercise in during the winter! Regular activity is important to keep them physically healthy, mentally stimulated, and boost their mood. It also helps strengthen their immune system!

Riley is a one-on-one guest at our resort and he has so much fun during playtimes with his chaperones! He loves exploring in the yard, running around and his favorite thing is getting cuddles from his chaperones!❤️ He is also always down to pose for a picture and has the cutest smile! 😁
