My name is Shad Barrow, owner of PWD Elite K9 Services. I have been training k9's for the past 22 years. I have written a 179 page manual that is approved by Carteret Community College in the areas of obedience/tracking/protection. I am also a working consultant for the hard to train dual purpose k9 .
