This dog loves his water, walks and his toys. In the process of trying to get "His stick" he grabbed a root of the tree and tried to pull..lol. since that one didn't budget he submerged his head to grab another. I think he would do great in agility courses.

Just waiting for November of this year and Lane will be driving. We enjoyed a nice walk into the forest yesterday. Lane got to play in the stream with his bike so I got some nice action shots. My favorite was watching Lane play with Rooster. For a high energy dog he was going bonkers being cooped up in the house.

A chill day yesterday. Until Sven found a bag of carrots. We rushed out and grabbed the bag. Gave all 3 the last 3 carrots.

70° outside and we did some work with Merlin under saddle. He's such a good boy. Even little Man wore the saddle today. No flinching, bolting, or silly acting. He even walked around with it on. Like father like son.. all i can say to anyone who is looking to breed to Merlin you will have one intelligent foal. I love our stallions they are so handsome and smart.

Nothing beats a run with mom as she avoided getting her halter on to be brushed. Nami was caught and brushed.

So today was so beautiful weather wise to spend time with the horses. We brushed down all 3.
Check out Merlins tail & Mane...WOOWZA!!!!
I cried because I had to cut Svens mane.. darn burs everywhere and they were impossible to get to because his mane was so thick. Oh well, it's just hair itll grow back. He had those nasty pokey, stick to ya anywhere burs everywhere. In the mean time he is so amazing and definitely Merlins son. First time having his hair cut he stood right there...he took his de-wormer like it was a lollipop 🍭 for a kid.

Today we say "See you again" to Khalessi. She will be missed so much with her snickers for treats, food and loves. We hope she finds the herd up in the heavens.

Everyone let's meet the Muscovies of Maple Mountain Farm & Sanctuary. Last year November 16th we had 6 babies born to Mama Milkshake and Daddy Humphrey. Sadly as winter set in more we lost 1 baby leaving us with 5. Now that they are older and lost their down feathers we are giving them names. I hope everyone enjoys the photos and feels the warm sun or the fun in the pool as Humphrey and Dovey played and Humphrey put some moves on her.
I will post individual photos of the babies and have yall help to decide their names. At least for the few that don't have names.
