When you are scheduled for a grooming appointment, please follow the policies when dropping off and picking up your pet.
* All pets "Big or Small" need to be on a leash at all times and in your control. I have lots of goodies, clothing and toys in the shop.
* Small pets can be carried and brought inside, but you must hold them and not let them run all over the shop.
* If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. Our time and grooming are very valuable, and every minute counts when we are taking care of your fur-baby.
* "No Show or Call" You will be charged a $25.00 fee before we can book your next appointment, deposit will be deducted from your next grooming appointment.
* "New Clients" We love accepting, new clients, but we will have to charge a $25.00 (non-refundable) deposit before scheduling a grooming appointment. If you have to change the appointment the deposit is transferrable to the new date. Deposit is deducted from your pet's groom.
* If you haven't been here in over 4 months you will be required to pay a deposit.
We stay booked out with grooming appointments at least 90 days.
* When bringing your pets for their scheduled appointment please don't drop off earlier than your scheduled appointment unless you have prior approval by me.
* When picking up your fur-baby, you will have 30-45 minutes to pick up your pet once we call or text you, unless you have prior approval from me.
We close at 3:00, but we are here attending to boarders, cleaning, phone calls. My girls and myself are normally here till 4:00.
I totally understand things come up while your pet is here being groomed, as long as I am aware of the situation, I can accommodate your needs.
