Just to make everyone aware the white horse in the field is being fed daily. The land totals 12 acres, much more than you see driving by. There is a also a shelter that is being enclosed and a spring fed water hole. We also have a blanket for her. The cows were happily relocated to green pastures at a friends farm as we plan to resow the grass. She is also spoiled with apples by the neighbors. We tried to relocate her and she would not cooperate or get in the horse trailer. Please please please quit calling animal control. They have seen her being fed daily and have asked if we can get her out of site of the road due to the number of calls. They know she is taken care of. We do not want to confine her to a small area due to people calling animal control. She is happy and healthy. Unfortunately, we could not relocate her to the new pasture safely. Thanks!

The animals are all on high ground with room to go higher if needed. Looks like the cows are enjoying their new lake front property. We have been checking on them frequently since 6am.

Now that all the cows are taken care of its time to check on the tractor . the brakes had went out the other night when hauling hay down to the Cows . hopefully I can get it to fire up and fix the brakes

FREE: 5 kittens who are kept outdoors and would make great barn cats. The 3 calicos are female and both black and white cats are males. They are roughly 10-12 weeks old. They have been handled by children daily and are used to being around chickens, dogs and large livestock.

In preparation for hurricane Irma we have moved all of our or livestock out of the flood zone and into our other pasture. We have been cleaning stalls all day and are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of new baby lambs! We expect one ewe to birth during the storm and we are thinking about naming the babies or baby Irma or Harvey!
