ATTN CUSTOMERS: Though we have never had an issue with parvo. Haven’t had a single case in our establishment, we do make sure to take preventative measures which is why we require parvo vaccines for every dog we groom. Make a point if you have an appointment with us soon to make sure you are up to date on ALL your dog’s vaccinations. If your vaccines for your dog has lapsed call us tomorrow and reschedule your next appointment to a time when they are up to date. We are very diligent on this, and we have yet to see a case and we never want to see a case here. As we have a puppy that comes to work with us every day we want to make sure to keep little Franklin safe and the rest of our clients’ dogs safe as well.

ATTENTION: We will not be able to do walk in nail trimming today as we are short handed. Starting tomorrow however we will be increasing our pricing for walk in nails trims that we do Tuesday-Thursday between 12 and 2. Starting Thursday (when we start doing nails again) it is $15 dollars for nail trims and $20 for drimmeling.

We wanted to update everyone on our new pricing. Please understand we have been going by the national average from 2019 for 5 years. We have been meaning to adjust our pricing. And we are implementing it now. Keep in mind no one is exempt from the price adjustment. In order to remain in business we have to take the appropriate action since the price of product used to wash and cut dogs hair has increased on our end, there is no getting around it. Below is the new price list.

As you all know we have been more than competitive in our pricing for grooming and the services we provide. The cost of doing business and buying products have increased a great deal over the past several years as well as hiring more employees to be able to provide you with the excellent and timely service you have come to expect from us. So we have had to make adjustments. These adjustments include raising the prices of our grooming services. We will also be raising the price of walk in nail trims, come May, from $7 to $15. There is no getting around it. You have all come to enjoy the services we provide, and our prices are still amazingly competitive but we also have to make these adjustments to be able to thrive in the Morganton area.

No walk in nail trimming today. Our deepest apologies we are overbooked with 15 dogs today and we are understaffed in our grooming area so there is no way we can do nail trims for the walk ins today. We should be back up and running with that next Tuesday.
