This cutie patootie is a 2 1/2 yr old Beagle adventure pup living in the hills of WV. She was rescued by Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia and it was love at first sight when her Dog Mom Lisa came to visit! She locked in her adoption by showing her new mom her insane cuddling skills. She enjoys romping in the woods, anything food related, and naps.

Introducing Theo 💙

Theo is a 1-1.5 year old Doodle. This handsome boy is searching for his forever home! Theo is a big guy, but currently only weighs approximately 55lbs, and he has some growing to do, and weight to gain. Theo is just a big goofy pup, who needs a patient home to teach him how to become a well mannered man. He loves people, car rides, walks, toys, and treats. He has done well with other dogs, but scares the cats with his rambunctious lifestyle. Theo does well with kids, but due to his size and typical shenanigans, older kids may be better suited for him.

We are searching for an active home, with space for this miniature pony to live his happily ever after story! He would love a fenced in yard, or a family who frequently takes him on fun adventures! Theo will need a home that is capable of managing his grooming and training needs. Someone with breed experience would be fantastic! We will happily recommend local trainers and groomers to help Theo get settled into his new home.

He is neutered, up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped, is 4DX negative, and has been given monthly flea and tick preventative.

Our sweet little Jojo is now considered “special needs” and is looking to find a foster home or the perfect adopter. Jojo was recently diagnosed with Focal Seizures, and has been prescribed medication. His medication is inexpensive, but he needs a quiet place to relax as he adjusts to the medication. He currently prefers spending his time with the cats, and loves lounging in all of their comfy beds. Jojo is 11lbs, and is such a sweet little man. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but will become your shadow once he’s comfortable.

Jojo has done well with most dogs, and loves his kitty pals. He is kennel trained, is excellent on a leash and in a car. This tiny guy just needs someone who understands his needs, and can provide him with the perfect home.

Introducing Polo 💙

Polo is a 5 month old terrier/hound mix. This handsome dude is searching for his forever home! Polo is expected to be a medium/large adult. Polo loves spending his time wrestling with his friends, chasing toys, and zooming outside. He is kennel trained, but will need some help with his leash and potty skills in his new home. We would be more than happy to recommend local trainers to help him become the best good boy!

Polo does well with other dogs, seems fine with cats, and loves people. He is an active little guy, so older kids may be a better fit. He is highly food motivated, which should benefit any training he needs!

Introducing Slinky 💙

Slinky is a 8-10 month old Terrier mix. This handsome little man is approximately 13lbs and is looking for his forever home! Slinky is a special little fella, and can be nervous when meeting new people or exploring new things. But once he’s comfortable his goofy personality and snuggles will win you over. Slinky may take a couple of visits from his new family to become more comfortable.

Slinky loves treats, food, toys, and walks. He is kennel trained, does very well on a leash, and rides well in the car. His favorite place is on the laps of his favorite people! Slinky does well with dogs similar or smaller in size. He does not do well with large dogs, and we are unsure about cats. Slinky will need some further training with his potty skills, but will catch on quick with a good routine.

Slinky will be available once neutered. He is current on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped, is 4DX negative, and has been given monthly flea and tick preventative.

Look who’s back 👀

Teagan was adopted from us as a puppy in 2022. She was recently returned to us, due to no fault of her own. Teagan is now approximately 2.5 years old, and 75lbs. Teagan will need a home that can help her shed some pounds, as she is a little overweight. This big gal is as close to perfect as it gets. She’s kennel trained, potty trained, knows a few commands, LOVES people, is dog friendly, and doesn’t seem to mind cats. Teagy was previously in a home with children, and loved them to pieces. However, due to her size and activity level, older children may be a better fit.

Teagy is highly food motivated, and loves attention. She’s just a great dog to simply put it. She deserves a great home that will provide her with proper exercise, and endless love.

Teagan is spayed, up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped, is heartworm negative but Lyme positive. She is being treated for Lyme. And has been given monthly flea and tick prevention.
