We have another young sweet male cat that was found outside our building. He is roughly 9 months old, Felv/FIV Negative, UTD on vaccines and recently neutered. He has been with us for almost 2 weeks and is very sweet, wants pets all the time and uses the litterbox perfectly!

We decided to celebrate Earth Day all week long with an adoption special! We are waiving our adoption fee for all dogs six months and older through April 26th. UPDATE ON MEEKO! We had recently posted about this sweet kitty found in the flooding at Lions Park. His previous owners never came forward to claim him but we are very happy to announce that he has officially been adopted and has a new brother Gilligan! Thank you Jim for giving him a forever home😻

We will be keeping him for a 7 day waiting period and then he will be available for adoption on Monday 04/08. If you are interested please call (815) 942-2100 or stop by our office. We have tested him negative for Felv and FIV, treated him with Revolution Plus and vaccinated him. He really is a very sweet and affectionate kitty.

UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
Original owner has been contacted and unfortunately she had rehomed this cat, named Meeko, to another individual. She does not want the cat back and is not sure of her ability to contact new owner. Apparently this poor kitty was rehomed with his brother and we are not sure if he was dumped/lost/abandoned as well. We will hold him for a few more days and if owner does not claim him he will be up for adoption.

Very friendly young adult neutered male cat found at Lions Park in Morris. He is microchipped but the owner did not register him. Awaiting to hear from Snip Society of Joliet that did the microchip to see if they have the owner’s info. He is currently at our hospital safe and dry. Please people microchip and register your pets!
