We took Cowboy on a field trip today to Rafter Cross Obstacles! He did so so well especially considering this was his first time at an obstacle course. He exceeded our expectations completely. Can’t wait for the next one 🥰Big thanks to our friend Cat Zimmerman for all your help!

This past week we had the pleasure of taking a trip to Kentucky to volunteer at the Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover! While we were there we got to do a few touristy things like visitinf Churchill Downs, watching races at Keeneland, seeing some amazing studs at Spendthrift Farm, and even visiting Secretariat’s grave!

A little Squishy appreciation post 🥰

Squishy is our only horse that isn’t an OTTB! She’s a 24 (approximately) year old QH that we often use the term “ol reliable” to describe. She was Yesenia’s first horse that she got for her 16th birthday and while her riding days are now over, she still enjoys teaching kids and beginners about horseman ship on the ground ♥️ while she’s not munching on hay in her stall, Squishy can be found relaxing in the pasture with her BFF Frosty Flavor

Made it home safe and sound ♥️ we are so blessed to come home to our farm in one piece, we dodged a bullet for sure with only a few minor things to fix. We had some happy ponies to be back home 🥰

The ponies are all settled at The World Equestrian Center for hurricane Idalia 🙏🏼♥️ the track has it coming right over our farm unfortunately. Stay safe everyone!!
