Houston, we have liftoff! Yesterday we snagged enough daylight to hop on Robbie for the first time since coming off the track. She was nothing but wonderful! Robbie had her first post track outing this weekend! We hauled to Rafter Cross Obstacles and she exceeded all our expectations. She didn’t bat an eye at the obstacles, even the big teeter totter! She was more curious about horses riding in the arena than any of the “scary” objects. Way to go General Robinson!

Out of all the horses I’ve been blessed to come across, I can honestly say I think Robbie may be the sweetest. This girl loves having cuddles when she’s tired, so of course Yesenia had to sit with her yesterday morning. Robbie would sit like this all day snoozing in your lap if you didn’t have to get up💕🥰

These cuties both got clipped the other day! Boy did we get a lot of hair off, especially from Cowboy! ✂️

Robbie keeps impressing me with her calm and cool demeanor, even at such a young age. This mare didn’t even need to be held to be clipped, even letting up clip up by her ears without a care in the world.

Cowboys dapples always shine through once he’s clipped, such a handsome guy 🫶🏼

They’ll now both feel so much better ❤️

Little update- it’s very windy and rainy, but all horses are stocked up with hay and doing good so far 🤞🏻 we still have power thankfully, hoping it stays that way 💕⛈️ Of course Yesenia Watson is the dancing queen in the barn as she provides comedic relief and distracts the horses from the howling wind 🕺😂

The horses are all tucked in to ride out the storm ⛈️ the forecast shows we are far enough north of landfall that we are not going to get anything too crazy. Were thinking of everyone south of us, stay safe friends 💕 #horses #ottb #thoroughbred #milton #storms #ocala

Can you tell miss Robbie is happy to be able to go outside again? Were so proud of this little mare and how she conducted herself these last few days amongst the chaos ❤️

We are finally home ❤️ we are so thankful that our farm was spared during this storm. Some tree limbs down but nothing catastrophic and the power recently came back on. As you can tell, the ponies were VERY happy to be home. Even the old lady got moving 🥰

Just wanted to pop on and say that the horses are all settled in at the World Equestrian Center. We got in late last night and the horses settled is very well. Now lots of hay and treats for them to ride out this storm 🙏🏼🤞🏻#horses #wec #worldequestriancenter #hurricane
